We used this shop quite a bit when I used to work at the Cincinnati Zoo. Good inventory and quick repairs. We were always in a hurry and they were a big help. I have not worked in the Zoo maintenance dept. in a long time and was checking to make sure they were still there for a repair job at home.

Great staff! but I had a slight problem having a pump installed on a motor for a boiler I was repairing. Anyway I returned it and the problem was taken care of asap.

After pool guys told us that they were backed up 4 weeks to even come look at our pool pump, we decided to take the pump/motor to Wheatley. This was the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend, so we needed it serviced quick to open the pool. Kyle diagnosed it right away, and assured me they could get it done in time for the weekend. That kind of service is worth paying a little more for, but we were charged a very fair price for a turnaround job of a couple hours. They are honest, friendly, and my Dad used to only use them too. Now that he is passed, I have no one to just come over and fix things anymore. It is nice to know there is a shop like Wheatley near us. Kathy checked us out and was very friendly. He assured us and gave us confidence we could do the replacement ourselves, but to please call him if issues and he would walk us through it.

I have a saw that is 50 years old. I was in need of new bearings for this classic piece of machinery. I called numerous places with no luck of finding what I needed. I called EMT, was told they have them, that I could ha e the bearings if I come get them. I had the piece with me, and they both only had the bearings, but they took the old ones off and put the new ones on for me. Stand up place! Nice to see people still go above and beyond.

I paid over $ 400 dollars to rebuild a septic motor it worked for two weeks called them they said I would have to pay to rebuild a second time took it to my neighbors he took it fixed it and said it's not been rebuilt so I paid for nothing don't use them

This place was recommended by a friend and I'm very pleased that he did recommend this store they actually had a condensing fan motor that I needed in the exact size and I've searched pretty much everywhere else for the past week and I could not find it. I'm very pleased and will go there again and would recommend.
