Don’t Use this company they stole belongings from my neighbor her passport and inportant documnents ,following day they stole my belongings from my house and when I confronted them about it they claimed nothing my items are gone don’t use this company they’ll rob you and lie to your face

I was originally very skeptical about this company. But later felt, I made the right decision. The hired help were just so so professional, and they completed the work much ahead of time. Highly recommend EkoMovers!!

This company is horrible! They just did not show up for our move. Would not return our phone call the day of the move. We confirmed the move 2 days prior. I would never schedule this company for your move!

We called to schedule a move, paid the deposit, and then they cancelled the following day. That wasn't a problem except we still haven't been able to get our $100 deposit back. Every time I call, I get a different excuse: service rep is unable to do it, management is "busy", etc. It has been weeks and they still won't give it back. I should have checked their BBB page before calling them however (they are 2/5 stars, have 9 open complaints, and 0 complaints resolved in the last 12 months).

AVOID THIS PLACE. I called and quickly scheduled a date for my move. I provided my credit card information and was charged a deposit. I got a call back 5 minutes later from them and they told me they were cancelling my move. They said they had underquoted me. It has been two months and no refund has been provided. Each time I call they tell me "I will check on it" and then hang up.

Rachel Pauley, Ekomovers did an outstanding job. Relocation is an exhausting & stressful experience however Rachel and her team made the whole process as smooth as possible. We used them to move in August 2021 (although the owner claims we never used them to move). They were slow, couldn't finish the job and damaged many high dollar items (left scratches on the piano, on the sides of our bedroom furniture as if they didnt use moving blankets, as well as breaking 2 boxes of glassware, we figured they were dropped). We filed claims through the insurance company and haven't recieved a cent of compensation, when followed up they said it would take a couple months and this is now over a year later and still no compensation.

Hired this company to move a 335 pound vanity cabinet up a flight of stairs from the front porch. They had a good service for a fair price, will definitely will use again and highly recommend.
