I've never been to a drive thru convenience store. What a great idea! You literally stay in your vehicle, pick out what you want, pay, and on your way. They have a little bit of everything. Snacks, soda, beer, liquor, spirits, and cigarettes for purchase.I absolutely recommend. Support small business.

I think I stop here just about everyday. Great selection of everything and very fast which is why you keep coming back. No parking and getting out of the car. Just in and out! Keep it moving! Staff is cool, always joking around and having fun.

Hands down worse drive thru in the city. They have this tiny punk working for them that likes to be a hard ass to customers. You ask him a simple question and he wants to mouth off back to his customers. Looks like he's about 12 years old. Asked him if he could lighten up a little bit and instead he said "I'm difficult" for asking what type of flavors they have of a certain item. Do NOT go to this drive thru and support these trash/rude/disgusting people. Want to act like you're severely inconveniencing them. I asked what time they closed and he tells me "don't worry about it you're here." When all I wanted was to know for future reference. If you like workers being rude and treating their customers who support them like trash, then feel free to keep using Eiser's. Also I heard they sell to underage kids.

The dude that works during the day always slams my stuff on the counter. I don’t understand what his problem is. Problem taking orders from somebody younger than him. Poor life choices buddy

Love Eiser’s Drive Thru! I stop almost every day and the workers know my order and have it ready and waiting for me at the counter each time! They’re all super friendly, even when they’re crazy busy and have cars lined up. Sometimes I even go out of my way to stop there for what I need because I know I’ll be met by a smiling face and great customer service.

If qualifying other choices were available I would have chosen them.

If qualifying other choices were available I would have chosen them. Slow service was the best describable, but it went so much beyond that. My husband was just treated with the upmost disrespect by a woman who works this location. He was waiting for me to tell him what I needed him to buy, of which she retorted that she didn’t care, he couldn’t be standing there and needed to leave.” He was on the phone with me after he HAD JUST spent $10 and he was waiting for me to tell him to what to do VIA PHONE when she approached him and told him to leave because he was loitering. He was buying another pack of cigarettes and a coke. How is that loitering? He is there so often that when he walks through the door they grab the cigarettes immediately. He was standing outside no more than 60 seconds on the phone WITH ME advising him what to buy. It is over 90 degrees out. I called to speak to with Andy and inquire as to the woman’s name and was beyond disbelief with the way Anthony (or so he said his name was, he wouldn’t tell me her name.) spoke to me and then preceded to hang up on me, not once, but twice. I am certain there are cameras active and rolling. I’d like the management/owner to view those cameras. I want an apology from BOTH of these people. I will never spend another of only my hard earned $150,000+ annual income at your location ever again so long as employees such as these are your CSR’s, and I still want an apology. Neither will my husband spend any of his money at this location any longer either. It’s blatant disrespect to say the least. A embarrassment to the owner of the company. They represent you, Andy. They represent your company, your name. I own my own business. I am a business owner. I would never, ever have such blatant disrespectful employees running anything for me. They’d be immediately terminated/reprimanded. We spend upwards of $20-$30 a day at that location of which we will now take to UDF, Kroger’s, WholeFoods and or Speedway. This is disgusting behavior these two “employees” of yours displayed. I’m quite certain in this neighborhood there is a video recorder running. I’d suggest that nothing happens to the video recording between today and tomorrow. I have both calls recorded and saved as a document should Andy prefer to listen to them. I was hung up on twice by this “Anthony”. I suggest as a business owner that Andy, if he cares about his location, and business, he chooses to meet me and listen to the disrespect. That would be the wisest decision. He should see who he pays to work for him. Where HIS hard earned money is going, and for what? To lose consistent customers? That’s what just happened. 1 turns to 2, 2 turns to 20. Basic management. Word of mouth spreads far and wide. I will spread word to all of my friends and associates in our neighborhood. Such a shame from such a place. Such a sad sad shame. All of those older glowing reviews don’t live up to today’s service one receives. Shame on the employees at “Eiser’s Drive-Thru”.
