Loved this FAMILY OWNED dry cleaners for over a decade however when sold to new company they FIRED Joe for trying to give an employee comp. dry cleaning. The new owners are not the same family friendly people.

Super friendly and reasonably priced. First time getting anything dry cleaned and restored a wool coat that has not been worn in almost a decade.

Was recommended here by two different people & had high expectations from the wonderful reviews they gave. Unfortunately I was not impressed & will not return as a customer again. I was told by said person you get 10% off as a new customer & 10% off if you pay with cash. I was not offered either of these discounts. Was not told a price when I dropped off & was not even told when I should come back until after I had to ask. I brought in 2 velvet curtains & a loveseat slipcover (that had never been used before so it’s not like it was dirty at all) The curtains have somehow shrank in length, multiple snags on the curtains, they used safety pens on all the items & didn’t even place the safety pen through the seam, so they left small holes in them! They do not have a pleasant clean smell at all rather a musty dirty smell. And top it off, $90!!!! I admit it was my fault I guess for not asking the price beforehand but they didn’t seem very eager to talk when I arrived & never would have thought a small slipcover & a set of curtains would be $90!!!Service: Drapery & window cover cleaning

I called ahead and was requesting a nearly unreasonable turn around time to get a suite cleaned. The lady on the phone was friendly and they agreed to make it happen. When I went to pick up today, the owner and the lady I spoke with on the phone were both in. They informed me of the bad news that their conveyor system broke and they are unable to get anything down for customers. HOWEVER, the incredible owner and employee remembered my situation and went out of their way to guarantee that my suite was ready for be fore closing. Incredible service, great price. Highly recommend.

Area rug cleaning ? Paid $100They said it will take 10 days for an area rug because they use a third party and it's okay. It's been 3 weeks before it's done and what we got?The same dirty rug we sent them uncleaned just wrapped in a clean plastic as if it's washed. We bring it back they apologize and they said that they will redo it again' just so inconvenient going back and forth. It's our first time using their service and not going back anymore.

I was so impressed with a post that this is a Burberry specialist so I sent my 20 year old beaded and sequinned gown to be cleaned. I cannot believe the difference! It is like magic. I really trust this cleaner for pageant gowns and ballgowns. BEFOR

Was in a rush and panic for a quick press... Joe and his staff helped me out, did a fantastic job and didn't even charge me!!!! Truly a great thing!!!! Can't thank you enough!!! And the shirts were awesome!!!!
