Came in today to ask about sizing, only to be greeted with some of the kindest customer service employees I’ve had the pleasure to meet. I realized, per their mention, that I could get shoes in store. I had a lot of questions, issues with paying and over all struggled, but they both reassured me and helped get things set up on my end! Left a very happy customer, with a pair of shoes in hand! Thank you both, I’m happy this is my local store! The vibes are immaculate.

I absolutely love the Dr. Martens store, and every single staff member there that I have met! Outstanding service, very knowledgeable associates, and they are very friendly. I always have a great experience when I'm there! Kudos to them all at the Easton area store.

Awesome staff, very friendly, and informative! Helped my cousin find her perfect shoe size for her new job. Can’t recommend this store enough. We were helped by the very nice blond girl.

While I didn't buy a pair of shoes, I thought the service was great! I'm a half size and that requires some finessing to wear Doc Martens. The salesperson tried everything to make it work for me but alas the Mary Janes just weren't a good fit for me. She tried insoles and ankle supports and several sizes and I still walked out of them. Going down a size further didn't work either. She was so patient and so helpful. And when I thanked her for doing so much to try to help me find the right fit and then for them not to work - she said that she really enjoys helping customers find the perfect Docs for them. And I did eventually get a pair of boots and they're a perfect fit.

Went down this afternoon to get some shoes for work. Alisha (I hope I spelled that right if not Alicia), was great. She knew about the restaurant industry and showed me to the slip resistant stuff when I had grabbed ones that weren't as good for my industry. Great conversation with her, she answered all my questions quickly and knew what she was talking about. Took me from having a meh day to having a great day! I never leave reviews but hopefully someone there reads this and rewards her. Great job!

I've been wearing Dr. Martin's for over 20 years and I normally dread the first few months of a new pair. Their high quality leather can take up to a year to wear in. These bad boys felt like home in 2 days.

Incredible service. El was so pleasant and amazing that I ended up purchasing way more than I intended to initially. They were so nice to talk to; I think they really understand people and their styles very quickly and accurately. Excellent service all around.

Staff is really nice. I used to wear these shoes in my 20's. Totally forgot about them until I saw this store.
