We had an amazing experience at Hudephol jewelers when choosing my new wedding ring. Amy Jo was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making the process so much easier. The store had a comfortable atmosphere, and there was absolutely no pressure to make a decision. They took their time with us, ensuring we found the perfect diamond shape, size and stayed within our budget. I highly recommend Hudephol jewelers for their exceptional service and quality.

We cannot recommend Hudepohl enough. Barry and Austin were incredible to work with for my engagement ring and our wedding bands. The service and experience we had was top notch. Our rings are beautiful and we are so grateful we went with Hudepohl for this process. This will be our jeweler of choice for any future jewelry purchases.

Absolutely love it here! I always know I’m getting the best quality and design!The clover ring pictured I always get compliments on! And absolutely love my engagement ring!I live in Washington state and a trip to hudepohl is always included when I visit home! My grandma went to Hudepohl for her jewelry, my mom and aunt followed and my sister and I continue the tradition!Always worth a visit and best place to buy an engagement ring! Much better design, quality and service. The people are amazing and passionate! Love it here!

My Christmas earring broke right before Christmas. Laura fixed it within 24 hours in time for Christmas. This was totally unexpected, since I know how busy she is. Laura is the best!

If you're looking for a local jeweler and don't where to start, start with Huedepohl. They provided high quality jewelry, extremely helpful and educational customer service, and very fair pricing that's worth every penny. Austin was a pleasure to work with, as well. I don't spend a lot of money on jewelry, but when I do, I'll spend it at Huedepohl.

Really fantastic customer service! I lost a uniquely-colored sapphire from my engagement ring - hudepohl worked with me to find an even better one to replace it. After the first one didnt look right (it was my bad, the picture I showed them didnt have great lighting) they ordered 6 more stones for me to pick from. The cost for the new, slightly bigger stone + a new setting for it was really reasonable compared to an initial estimate I had received from another place. Really happy with the whole process!

I have a tantalum wedding ring my fiance bought for me in Ireland. When I tried on the ring in Dublin, the ring fit great! Probably from a result of an over indulgence of Guinness and Irish Stews.Trying on the ring back home a few months later, it was about a full size too big. The Guinness swelling had subsided.I called about 20 jewelers in Cincinnati. None were willing to try to resize Tantalum other than Hudepohl. Lo and behold, it was extremely easy to do, and they even did the resize free of charge.I will be back with all future jewelry issues. My fiance’s ring is platinum with a nice diamond. I expect to happily pay full price for all future work we need.Thanks Hudepohl!
