Blue Ash has the cleanest dollar tree I've been in. Well stocked with few boxes in the aisle to put away. Has a nice variety.

This store has been closed more than it’s been open. Maybe if the employees would stop flushing things down the toilet so they could get out of work it’d be better. And it’s disgusting that they’re still going in and getting paid to go Nextdoor and have lunch with people while they’re “working”. I think they should fire the whole store and reopen with new people. Honestly when cvs was there there weren’t any problems but for some reason now there’s a problem once a week… it’s not the store it’s the people who work there

Constant unannounced “temporarily closed” signs on the door, lights on would indicate the staff is just choosing to close whenever they want a break? Wasting customers time and gas to drive there is the most poor display of “management.”

Clean store, but owner of this location needs better training in customer service, black lady in the evening time always has attitude.And you guys have her working cash register of all places she doesn't greet the customers even if you speak to her first... She had me waiting in line while she checked out her personal item she was buying for herself, She huffed and puffed while checking out a paying customer... At some point this has to be bad for Business! Maybe customer service isn't suitable for this lady

The gentleman that works the front counter/stocking at the Blue Ash location with a Cabela's hat on just totally insulted me in front of other customers saying I must not have a job because I was shopping at the Dollar. I am diabetic (came in w service dog) and I opened a bag of chips and accidentally left them on the shelf when I was shopping for cleaning supplies so he was trying to say I was stealing I explained it wasn't my intention it was just a mistake . He just continued to be littleme in front of all the customers in line as a paid for them.even though I tried to be friendly told him he should get a job at risk management and he told me people steal all the time. I bought them and he continued to insult me as I left the store told me never to come back. I'm amazed that he has a jobin customers service

The store itself is fine. There are often quite a few empty spots where I'm assuming Dollar Tree is understaffing and overworking their employees. You know, the same ol'.The only issue I have is with one particular cashier with short Hair and glasses who ALWAYS dumps my entire basket on the register belt. ALWAYS.It's gotten to the point that I don't go in if I see her. Shell also tell customers to take their baskets back to the door. She seems to find baskets frustrating and I've had fragile things broken or drinks shaken up every time. I know it's a silly nag, but I can't understand why this is such an issue.

Large store, however every time I’m there the restrooms are always closed, with rude notes like “don’t move these boxes.. they’re here for a reason” blocking the bathroom entrance. Earlier this year I even asked if they could make an exception for a pregnant woman they said no and that “it only takes one person” for them to be destroyed.
