The Employee charged me twice for the same item ( asked for receipt) Joseph asked me if I wanted a receipt!(OMG) I go to my CAR and count items! Look at receipt see that Dollar Tree Employee stole from me ( I asked for my money back ( THE Lady said it was an ACCIDENT!!!!! Give me my money back she was very Rude CAUSE she was Taking up for her Employee ( Customers is NEVER treated ?

Never going back again , I and my granddaughter were follow around the store by a white employee watching us , like we would steal from the Dollar tree we are grown women that work for what we want and have , not every black woman steal

Ok, so after my horrible experience at ACE Hardware I still needed a small flower pot and spray bottle. I saw Dollar Tree and thought I'd see if they could meet my needs and they were able. Ok they lose a star since the store was a bit messy but the people working there were knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff gets 5 stars! If you don't need a shovel try there first!

This store use to be a big Walgreens store. Even though it is a bigger store there is a lot of un-used space. The floors are always so filthy and most of the Isles are cluttered and unorganized and big dust balls when you pull things off the shelves! They always want to close the store 15 minutes before they close they want you to check out and they are rude about it. Despite having a large store they do not have a lot of variety and it appears that they do not get a lot of stock in despite everything looking picked over! It's at the end of February and they still have their fall craft signs and Christmas stuff out but it's not at a discounted price like other stores. Not my go to store for much of anything!

Each trip is a mini shopping adventure. I can always name brand grocery items like cake mix, canned goods, pouches of tuna, and bags of frozen fruit for my morning smoothie. It's easy to make a quick stop for a few items instead of wandering through a big grocery store. I also buy inexpensive gift bags, greeting cards, plus a lot of other stuff I usually don't need. But that's part of fun.

This store goes the extra mile to give the extra personal touch. The store manager, Troy genuinely cares about the condition of the store and works diligently to maintain a positive attitude with customers and staff. The care is evident as you walk through the door. I will return!

I have been a store manager for over 15 years and I have never seen such HORRIBLE customer service. The young lady who was the main cashier had 2 cell phones out on the scanner. And she was more concerned about what was going on in her phones and made the customer in front of me stand there for 3 mins while she lookd through her phone before finish ringing him up. Then she kindly went right back to her phone when she was done. Mean while it's a whole line. Just horrible. If she was doing her job the other cashier wouldn't have to keep jumping on to ring and someone could be cleaning the store or stocking it one.
