Wow! I mean seriously - these guys truly care about two things. Customer delight, and of course, tire care. Visited them earlier today for a tire that was losing air constantly every week. Within 30 mins I was in & out with the issue fixed. Not only that, they took care of it all for $0! They wanted me return to them for my other tire care needs in the future, which I'm 100% sure I will. Expect to encounter a humble, polite & professional team when you visit this branch! They have me for life.

Good pricing and service. Their attention to detail impressed me. They noticed the logo on my wheels were pointing to the stems on my older tires and they did the same on my new tires. Josh took care of me and I’m looking forward to new tires on my SUV (if they price it right).

I recommend Discount tire to every single person who asks for such services. I no longer will be doing that after multiple bad experiences at this particular Discount tire location. Connor the front desk / check in worker is rude and condescending who furthermore makes remarks under his breath. Will never go back to this location. Needs a bad management restructuring.

Josh and Connor the manager, are remarkable and amazing staff that helped me so much. I really appreciate how professional they both are and their amazing service and work. These guys are PROS!

Witnessed an active argument among employees and then waited 4hrs for a simple flat tire plug repair that they charged $42. Never again. What a waste of time and money.

I love this place! I buy my tires here at a very competitive price, then they take care of every mile I get from them. If there's a leak, they fill the tire. In the winter with temperature changes, they willingly fill the tires if needed. The staff is so friendly. Will helped me today. Just so appreciative of the service I receive here! Thank you!!

Pulled in here at 4:50 pm, to see if we could get a tire plugged. Didn’t realize they were closing at 5:00 pm. Our tire was looked at, we were informed it couldn’t be plugged, which was disappointing BUT when they priced us a tire said if we wanted they would put it on right then.
Absolutely amazing customer service outta these folks! I knew I needed tires but was dreading paying for them. Running over a screw made that happen sooner than later.
After this experience, the great price and outstanding customer service, I will hands down be going back to this location for any tire needs I have!!!

Bad experience. Every time I go here, I’m not well treated. You can read on managers and a few of the workers faces that they couldn’t care less about your issues and it’s clear they’re paid hourly since they get paid the same regardless of their effort. A few of the workers including the manager take advantage of this and unfortunately never treated me well nor with respect. I can keep tell you multiple stories and occasions but then this’ll turn into a book. I read some other reviews and most of them are positive. It’s unfortunate that I’m always treated without respect and I hope it’s not because of my ethnicity. I hope they take this review seriously and treat others with dignity and respect if they’re not and change management. Discount Tire as a whole is a wonderful company; it just seems that this one specifically is filled with disrespectful workers.
