I saw the manager Randal treating his dock workers like they were garbage. Then he screamed at customer service for doing their job and not letting him give free stuff to his friends. Then one employe was crying because Randal got mad when the young girl denied a date with him. He literally asked her out and her so much younger than him and tried to force her to go out with him or be fired. I was standing right there. A customer hearing all this. Is this how this company likes their managers to act? Im never going back again and will tell everyone i can with young girls to avoid this place. Becouse the store manager is a real creep.

Dillard's has clothing selections for every member of the family. Always fashionably up to date. The same can be said for the shoe department. There is also a nice purse department that even has a small selection of once used on the runway or showroom - Louis Vuitton designer purses. These are often great bargains!

Loved every minute of Dillard's at Kenwood Mall in Cincinnati. Between Charlotte and Stephanie(my old friend, who I grew up with as a kid and who used to work for Dillard's) they both outfitted me to the nines to the tune of several compliments. Thank you both!!

I had the best experience at this Dillard's location today. I was shopping for a dress for my daughter's upcoming wedding. This was my 3rd stop. I came from a nearby bridal shop rather disappointed, then went to another store in Kenwood where I was basically ignored. I was feeling pretty discouraged. They say "third time's a charm" & Dillard's lived up to that. I was helped primarily by Roseanna, with some additional assistance from Mimi. Both of these women went out of their way to help me find not one, but two perfect gowns. The dilemma! lol! Roseanna could tell that I loved one more than the other & gave me some great styling tips to help me feel even more comfortable in knowing which dress to choose. Thank you, ladies, for being so kind, patient, and helpful!

Very friendly staff, maybe too friendly. The Dior vounter sought me out and convinced me to buy a lipstick I wasn't intending to buy. Still contemplating if I should keep it! ?

Bailey was amazing! Helped me pick out the perfect outfits. Along with helping me search for them, and give advice, she was so friendly and out of her way to help! She listened and took in the feedback of what I liked. She made the experience 100% would do again.
