I had to go to the Westchester location because, the Colerain location, did not have the shoes I wanted or needed. I am glad I went to Westchester, the sales associate was amazing and I met another RN there and they helped me chose the right shoe as an RN. Thanks so much

One star is too much for this place I had just brought my daughter a pair of dunks and a Stanley cup when I got to the parking lot my car was overheating so I had to sit awhile the manager then comes out the store and without even asking me if I was having trouble she sat in her car and proceeded to call the police and say I was loitering after I just left her store with receipt … remind you during the day during business hours in a private lot didn’t know that was a crime !!! thank god Colerain police was understanding and just proceeded to tell us to pull towards Walmart to let our car cool down enough to get home . Since when was it illegal to shop and sit in a parking lot especially having car issues without the cops being called wasting tax payers dollars for a waste of time isn’t there other things they could be monitoring more important situations . If she needs police to deal with her customers maybe she should just hire them as management and cut the middle man !!!! Rant over ?

Found an exercise bike online. Was able to see and try it out there. Sales guy talked more about the 3rd party extended warranty than the bike...Like the shoes and sometimes find a shirt i like here

Be careful they don’t check their security tags on their clothes when I tried on my shorts the sharp part of the tag wasn’t removed so I took the tag back to the store and the store manager was rude and didn’t even care about what happened so beware and check your clothes before putting them on even better go to another store before you get cut because they don’t check your security tags

They have the best selection of sporting equipment in the area, to my knowledge. The prices are a little high, but the convenience is worth it. It is frustrating that their shelf prices don't always match the prices at the register. For example, tonight I selected a shirt and shoes, which rang up differently at the register than the tag on the shelf. The shirt was priced $35 with a sign attached that said 25% off all apparel of that brand. However, at the register it rang up full price. The shoes all had shelf stickers of around $12 but once I reached the register one of the three pairs that I purchased rang up as $25. Frustrating, but overall I appreciate this store and the ability to find what I need in a hurry.

Seemed short of help the time I went & day. But you hardly knew the 2 gentlemen moved fast & everyone seemed content. Cashiers kept lines moving.
