Mary was very patient and understanding with our concerns in getting us signed up for the rental of a storage unit. The unit was very clean and dry and will be sufficient for our current storage needs. And having a paved roadway makes it nice too. Finally the price was good.

This place is unbelieveable!!!! My husband had a heart attack so i called asking if i could Pay my bill a little late on Friday 6 days late. Because I was dealing with so much anxiety I just couldn't deal with it right then. She says yes and never mentions anything else. Then my son gets a flat tire and we need our tire outta the storage unit. His grandfather drives clear across town to pick up my husband (I was at college orientation for our daughter) and go to the storage that is supposed to be open on a Thursday. They weren't there and upon a phone call said even if he paid right then he wouldn't be able to access our storage until the next day. . What is the good of being a longtime customer when you deal with this stuff. This place is so unprofessional, no customer service and frankly just don't care.
