Just recently ended my business with them and it was great. MS Harley made it very easy to communicate and very likely I'll return if I need storage. I've dealt with Blake and he was also very professional but Harley was the main person I dealt with and she professional, approachable and reasonable every time.

The manager Harley was amazing. I rent a unit for TWICE the price at another company and she somehow convinced me to bring my business here. I will be moving in sooner rather than later and I'm so glad I got to speak to her. If you haven't checked this location out I can't recommend speaking to her enough. Keep more employees like her around, please. Thank you Cincinnati Storage!!!

This place is VERY SECURE!! Clean, and affordable to those not looking for those high rates from other storage units. I would highly recommend this place, I've only been here a week, but still!! Lol

Fantastic service from the ease of online setup to the in person check in! Harley was fantastic in helping. The property is secure, well lit and nicely maintained. Upon arrival, the agent walked me through each step, showed me the way around to my unit and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. Well done, every storage facility in the country should take a lesson from Cincinnati Storage!

They continually increase your rate been there for almost 4 1/2 years. Just got a notice that the units going up $40 a month they take down any negative reviews considering for the longest time there were homeless people living in the units living in the back stairwell in the lower section, they say you feel safe and secure on these reviews, have been written by people that they know
