Fantastic people. From the maintenance team, to the landscapers to the leasing team: they are all great people. They respond immediately and are extremely helpful no matter when you reach out to them. Would recommend this place to anyone. If you need anything done, it’s always a good idea to name drop Sabrina Caulkins. That’s our guardian angel.

I've lived here for about a year and a half and have had a great experience. The office staff is friendly and very helpful, and the maintenance team is consistently on top of issues in a time efficient manner. I would definitely recommend living here!

We absolutely loved living at DeSales. The office staff and maintenance team is amazing! Nothing negative to say. We only moved out because we were looking to buy a house. Great location on top of everything else (cute little shops and restaurants around, close to everything)! Highly recommend :)

Been living at DeSales Flats I for the past year and half, and absolutely love it. The staff have all been wonderful and super attentive to any issues brought to them. They are super friendly and have an open door policy. Being super close to downtown is also such a convenience and it is an affordable place to live!

I am extremely disappointed in DeSales flats when it comes to how they handle the safety of their guests. In my lease, it says that there is a parking lot for residents and that we cannot sell that parking space. In my mind, that is guaranteeing a spot to park in. These last few months the lot has been over filled and no where for me to park when I come home after 10pm from the hospital. I called to see what they can do and explained how I felt unsafe parking on the street because I have seen many cars get broken into and I told them I might need to find a new place to live. Their solution was giving me access to a parking garage to park in and walk all the way over to my building. I told them as a young female this still doesn't make me feel safe and thats's when they stopped trying to help and said there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed in this service and will be moving out after 3.5 years of living here. Do not recommended living here, this is just one of the many issues I have had. Look elsewhere.

Management has been the best I have ever experienced with multifamily rentals! Sabrina, August and the team really make the positive experiences I have had as a resident. There commitment to customer service and building a community shows. It's the small things like their newsletter and friendly interactions in the clubhouse. It is evident that they care about the residents and the property.

There is no better location to rent!The neighborhood itself is incredibly walkable, and has so much to offer in terms of food, shopping, and fun. I've lived here for the past 3 years, and it's been great to see the neighborhood boom. And, if you want to check out the rest of Cincy, then you can get to downtown/OTR in 5 minutes! Also, cutting across town (any/all directions) is quick and easy too.The property is great, and the units are big, bright, and open. There is ample parking for residents in the secure lot, and Woodburn has tons of free parking for guests who are visiting. The amenities (e.g., clubhouse, indoor gym, package delivery, outdoor pool/grill/bar, dog run, etc.) are all fantastic. Perhaps most importantly, the office staff and maintenance crew are genuinely kind and they work hard to make the community feel like home.Overall, I've loved renting here and I would absolutely recommend DeSales Flats to anyone who is thinking of moving to the city or area.

DeSales Flats is an excellent place to live. The apartments themselves are clean, modern, and comfortable. The gym, club house, and pool are always clean and beautiful spaces. Hanging by the pool in the summer has always been fun as all the other residents are friendly and respectful.This community stands out from others largely because of the property management team. Sabrina, Gus, and Becca are all friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever you have a question/need. You can tell their goal is to make this a great place for everyone to live.The maintenance team has been just as great. Bob, Glen, and Tim all work hard to make sure everything is working and nice for the residents. They offer a friendly hello and chat when you see them out and about as well. Any time I have had a request it is taken care of same day.Overall the best place to live in East Walnut Hills!

DeSales Flats has been a wonderful community over the last 3 years that I've lived here. The apartments have updated amenities, a wonderful community-feel, clean facilities, including pool, club house and gym. The location is one of the best features of DeSales Flats- East Walnut Hills is such a great neighborhood and our apartment was within walking distance of some many fun bars, restaurants, shops and farmers markets. I can't say enough good things about the property management team. Sabrina and Gus are awesome and very attentive and professional. They go above and beyond to help the tenants and have always been responsive when we've had an issue or question. We love the maintencence crew, who are always willing to lend a hand and are very friendly and helpful. It is also super convenient to the hospitals, where my husband and I work,Overall, we've had a really great experience living at DeSales Flats and would highly recommend it as an option for anyone looking for a place to live in this area.

Great place to live, BOB and rest of maintenance staff are kind, responsive and fast.Office staff has been flexible and a pleasure to deal with.Love using the pool in the summertime.East Walnut Hills is a great place to live with restaurants and shops within h walking distance.This place was great for me (moving to Michigan).

We lived here for 1 year in a 2 bedroom. Overall it was a very nice apartment, clean and updated. My biggest worry was bugs because before selling our house and moving here we had a huge stink bug problem. I swear the entire year in this apartment I NEVER saw one bug! It was so great. The balcony was really nice. Lots of storage space for a small apartment. At first they seemed very attentive to repair very issues and would come right away. As time went on this became a bigger problem. I had work orders submitted that were marked as “complete” but they never came. Then multiple issues that took forever to be fixed, and some were never fixed before we ended up moving out. I did not complain or push things at the time because it appeared they only had one maintenance guy for the entire multiple complexes which is ridiculous and I didn’t feel it was his fault so I didn’t want to get him in trouble. But I feel because I was trying to be so nice and patient about it, our issues never got addressed. The other major problem in this building was package thefts. Our packages were stolen almost every time they were delivered. Thankfully Amazon and target always refunded me the item or money. One time they even took an enormous cabinet from outside our door on the second floor. Which means they had multiple people in the building at night. Management seemed lost as to what to do about this issue. They reinforced the doors and fixed the parking gate but it didn’t help. To add to the issue delivery drivers would routinely not ring the bell and just leave boxes on the sidewalk. Our cars were also routinely broken into with people likely looking for change or money. It was scary to think there was obvious constant criminal activity in the building. I lived in NYC for 10 years so I understand it’s a big city and crime will occur. But it went on so severely for so long I think for the amount the apartment costs management should have done something more. The last issue I had with this company was with the security deposit. We paid $250 when we moved in and also a non refundable pet deposit. We had two adults a child and two cats in the apartment. It’s all carpet so it did get very messy. I completely understand if they felt they had to keep the deposit to pay for cleaning. However they never sent me a statement of what they were using it for until I called and they updated their move our statement via email. This was just now in August and we left in June. Technically we could sue them for the deposit for this reason but because it’s such a small amount they probably know people won’t bother and they just keep the deposit. Also, not that they have to but having to live with a broken shower door and fridge that constantly leaked all over the floor for months without attention I would have felt better if they refunded part of the deposit for the trouble. My roommate and I have had an exceptional experience at DeSales Flats. We lived there for 3 years before we moved out due to life changes. Amenities were great, maintenance was responsive, leadership was professional, and our apartment was beautiful. I would highly recommend!
