I was looking to establish a relationship with a trustworthy mechanic for service on a 2005 Honda Civic. Delhi Import Motor did not dissapoint. Cubby is friendly, knows his stuff and makes you feel confident with the quality ,precision and care of the work performed. Glad to have someone I can trust .

Owner/service advisor very unprofessional, prices were high and they are terrible at sourcings parts. I told them I would be using a VSC (aftermarket warranty) BEFORE initiating the diagnosis and the owner/service advisor constantly complained about the process which he was supposedly was familiar with. I was quoted higher than guide labor times and the owner raised his voice at me inside the shop over the VSC. He quoted me more than twice the MSRP for a part (343 dollars for a 160-170 dollar part). I found an identical OEM part was available and owner was unwilling to compromise even if I forfeited warranty. When I asked to proceed, despite the part and labor costs because I already sunk the inspection cost, owner declined, which is his right, but no need to make the process more miserable than it needs to be. Highly irritable service advisor/owner and mechanics seemed like they were in alcohol withdrawal as well. Avoid this shop at all costs. Guess I’ll be installing the window blower & regulator myself.Oh and they quoted me 2 hours to put a window back on track. Took me about 1.5 hours to do that and reprogram it with a Schwaben BMW/mini scan tool a, which they wanted additional time for as well.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Excellent technicians,did an awesome job , diagnosed my problem with engine timing and engine codes on my Toyota,had it back on the road quickly.

When the repair required that a previous mechanic honor his warranty we took the car back to the previous mechanic. Of course that mechanic said that his work was fine and nothing was covered. Then Cubby didn't leave us hanging to dry but instead swooped in and called the previous mechanic explaining in mechanic-ese why his work was covered under warranty and the previous mechanic quickly took care of the replacement. It was wonderful to have an advocate in cubby at Delhi Imports.

Everyone knows how painful it is for the need to upkeep a car's maintenance. It's gonna cost you, there's no denying it. At Delhi Imports your needs and expectations will be met. I myself, am very knowledgeable and enabled to do most work on my cars myself. However as I get older and more busy, I just don't feel like it doing it anymore. I'm very picky on who touches my cars, and know when something needs replaced. I've been relying on Delhi Import Service for years. I can say without hesitation they are top notch. Cubby and his crew know what they are doing when it comes to all your car repair needs. He is fair in price and honest. They don't replace parts you do not need. You do not get this combination these days. This is why they have been in business for many years. If you need thorough, honest, and fair priced work done on your foreign built vehicle, look no further.

Rude owner. Stopped by to see if they could work on my Infiniti. Guy said I need to call instead and literally slammed the door in my face. Would never take a vehicle here

I have a2001 BMW 325ci, no matter how you look at it, expensive to repair, yet was quoted a price and they held to it, runs and handles great, good job, honest price

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a repair shop. I had an emergent issue, a coolant leak, and I am clueless about cars. Cubby answered my call in the morning and saw the urgent need for repair. Despite a packed schedule, he squeezed me in same day. He kept me informed throughout the day and finished the repair by end of day for a very reasonable price.He made me feel like family. I am never going anywhere else for car repair. Period.
