This guy wouldn't give me an upfront estimate, saying there may be other things that come up as he gets into it, then refused to service it because I pressed for a full inspection and estimate and it 'wasn't worth him doing' - he then demands over a thousand for taking off my tire (refusing to even put it back on), BLOCKS IN MY CAR until I pay him the 1200 for the time it spent in his shop with NO REPAIRS TO MY CAR. Gives very honest advice, even if they don't get a sale out of it. Will never try to upsell services and doesn't upcharge parts, best labor prices around

Terrible auto shop, they never call you to update you, the owner is super incompetent, terribly rude. They will refuse to work on you’re car for weeks on end. Had to threaten with attorneys to get them to work on my car.

Very helpful and reliable.Updating the review. I agree with some reviews about the lack of communication. He still doesn't use a cellphone and rarely gives a call back. There is an uncertainty over the estimates and time. However if you manage to get around with that, he is the most affordable mechanic in town. There are other shops who are all smiles and hands you 500 bills where Roger does it for 50. So that's that. Better Customer Service vs affordable rates. You decide.

Liars. Tried them many times because my landlord endorsed them. Cost me $1000+ in Ubers from them saying they will fix it leave it there an they dont touch it. Guy is nice but lies.

Mr. Roger is the BEST of the BEST in town for auto repairs or anything auto related. Our family has been going to him for at least 25 years. He is honest, knowledgeable about cars and straight forward as can be. He do things his own term and you just have to trust him! The prices he charge for car services is unbeatable! Thank you so much you and your team will be who I use here and going forward your price was very affordable and you got both sides of my front end hub assemblies done in just a few short hours even going further you closed shop at 630 and stayed after to be sure my car was done.. By 730 I picked my car up and it drives great! I can't thank you enough for ensuring my family is back driving safe
