It was my first day wedding dress shopping and Ralph and Tyra helped me. They were both super helpful and did not pressure me into anything! I tried on several dresses and found the one for me!! I teared up and so did everyone with me. I felt so beautiful I am excited even more for my wedding! I just loved the atmosphere, very welcoming and organized. Tyra was so wonderful and very patient (I didn't want to take off the dress I loved it so much ?). This is the store to get your dress ??? Their shoes and jewelry are stunning as well ❤️

I scheduled an appointment for me and my bridesmaids today at 4:30pm I came in on time was greeted by a cashier who informed me my consultant that was supposed to be consulting me went on lunch ? Who does that? Why would you literally go take a lunch break 2 minutes before a consultation appointment? The cashier let me know if I needed anything to let her know , we were left to fend for ourselves, never even got a consultation, why bother having a scheduling for a consultation if you don’t get one ? We were only asked if we needed anything as we were walking around , no consultant ever came to assist me or my bridal party , one lady just stood off to the side literally standing around doing nothing she ended up being who checked us out was she supposed to be my “consultant”? Very unprofessional staff if you go here your left to fend for yourself they are absolutely horrible at customer service , lucky I didn’t come there to get my dress I would have been pissed that no one was there to assist me , it was a disappointing experience, at least we got our dresses but had to do everything for ourselves! No help whatsoever!

Staff were so helpful with finding the exact bridesmaid dress I needed and easily scheduling an alterations appointment within 2 weeks. Quick and simple alterations appointment with the most friendly staff and quick turnaround time!

I went in not expecting to find a dress and was simply just looking. Tucker was AMAZING and was very patient and took thr time to really listen to what I was going for. I highly recommend going to Tucker for your bridal needs!!!

Once upon a time, this place had excellent customer service and an even better alterations department. I had a very complication alterations back in 2015 and they did a superb job. Fast forward to now, I was expecting similar quality. It has been anything but that. I purchased mine and my daughter’s dresses here for a wedding we are in and it has been problems ever since. We needed alterations for both and every time (4 appointments) I have left feeling defeated and frustrated. The alterations themselves have been fine, they won’t botch your dress, but they also don’t entirely listen to you, so if you want something specific done, you won’t get it. You only will if it lines up to what they know and do. Every person I’ve talked to in the department has an attitude or has made some off putting remark. I try to have a level head and be very kind and understanding because this is retail and the customer service industry is not easy, but after waiting 20 minutes for any sort of acknowledgement in the alterations, then to finally be seen and not even allowed to finish my sentence before walking off… that’s not okay. And I will be honest, yes, I was late for my appointment, that is on me and I take full responsibility for that. However, I called as soon as I realized I was going to be late (simply got caught up with work) and asked if later today would be better or tomorrow, knowing their alterations pick ups are Friday and Saturday. I was told to come in as long as it was before 3:30. I said I would be there in about 45 minutes. I made it in about 55 minutes… and I was still treated like some random person just waiting in the alterations room? I was willing to let this all go as I’m not confrontational, but for as many things as I let go and tried to put behind me, today was the last straw. Something needed to be said and shared.
