Cancelled my appointment at 9 p.m. on a Wednesday night with no explanation, looked at rebooking and there's magically no availability.
Update: they provided the below response. So they only reach out if there's a negative review. I can show you the email notice; it says cancelled with no reason provided. I recieved no call or other explanation and have to find a new company to prepare it for an overseas shipment. I sincerely wish you well with your other ventures, but that's a terrible way to close this chapter.

Kevin did his thing! We use our SUV to travel a lot so we had dog hair (we have big dogs - German shepherd & Newfoundland ), sand, you name it all over the place. Kevin didn’t even flinch and responded “this is what I do!” . His energy and mindset were on point and he was the most polite guy there is. He will send you before and after photos and be very communicative throughout out the process. The car came out looking brand new like you just got it off the lot. Bring your cars here for the best service in town

My first time going to Kevin and man let me tell you my car was rough !! The man’s a beast and I will forsure only use So ‘ DLux ! I chose a higher package and due to me not keeping my vehicle in the garage he moved me down to a cheaper package that made more sense for me and saved me money ! After trying 4 other company’s I’ve finally found where I’ll take all my vehicles for life !

My car looks GREAT. Kevin’s work is exceptional! My car hasn’t been this clean since I bought it. It looks immaculate!!! Kevin got all the dirt out of the small, hidden places. I am well pleased. I will be sharing his information with everyone I know!
