Naila at the register is impolite and unable to count the cash that is not qualified for the register . More expertise is required when working at the front register . We are coming to CVS from last 2 years and when she is at the register we are facing problem..

People up front are nice. The workers in the pharmacy always have a bad attitude and can be incompetent at times.

I had a bad encounter with a staff person at CVS when I went there to pay my rent using MoneyGram. The cashier was yelling and seemed to become impatient easily, especially when Indian customers were present. But when she spoke with other customers, I saw that she was far more composed and courteous.

I visited CVS to pay rent through MoneyGram, and my experience with one of the staff members was very disappointing. The lady at the cash counter was yelling loudly and seemed to lose patience quickly, particularly when interacting with me and other customers of Indian origin. However, I noticed she interacted calmly and respectfully with others. This isn't the first time I've observed such behavior from her. It would be great if CVS could ensure all customers are treated equally and respectfully.

Horrible experience with pharmacy. First told my prescription was not sent by urgent care. She insited nothing was sent and was very rude and dissmissive. I called urgent care while at the rx counter, the urgent care said it was and gave me a confirmation number. Then she looked again with the help of the pharmacist and she found it. The pharmacist said it would be 10 minutes. I sat there while lots of people were helped. After 50 minutes, the pharmacist asked me my name and said it would be just a little longer. Obviously he forgot about me even though I was sitting right there. I was in so much pain, I was crying. I just wanted to go home. I was treated rudely at first, then forgotten about. Horrible experience, especially when you are already in pain. Sad that urgent care with X-rays took 30 minutes total. Getting a simple rx filled over an hour.

I always help helpful and efficient service at the pharmacy.
I’m the rest of the store, I note they often have great deals - you’ve got to keep your eyes open and it helps to have a CVS loyalty card.
Back by the pharmacy they have cool little books about Cincinnati: history, architecture, etc.
Parking can be a bit cramped- and entrance and exit can also be a bit challenging, as this location is in a busy one-lane street.
Overall: Recommended.

The staff at this pharmacy are so condescending and don't take the most basic measures to communicate to the patient. Any questions you ask are met w/ disdain and a patronizing attitude. Just to get helped at the drop off counter in the first place is a feat. Today my doc ordered me an inhaler and I went to pick it up hours later to find out it hasn't been filled and had been "rejected" by my insurance. Pharmacy hadn't notified me at all (I could have easily called insurance or doctor myself and found a solution) , they just "sent it back to the doctor" and then washed their hands of it. Now doc office is closed and I go out of town tomorrow morning with no inhaler. Never met such laziness and lack of regard for patient well-being in my whole career of healthcare. Don't go to this pharmacy!

There's definitely something dead and rotting somewhere near the drinks on the right when you walk in. You can smell it in every corner of the store. Its been there for weeks, super foul

Very bad customer service. Went to the store to pick up my order 5 mins before closing time, they said that they were closed and rudely asked us to come back the next day without listening to any of our concerns. The next day, our order was picked up by someone else. Not really sure how a pharmacy can work like this. When I spoke to them over the phone, all they said was "I NEED TO COME THERE IN PERSON".

It's hard to say something about this place . It looks like it's tucked back in a corner somewhere on a road less traveled. The outside looks shady , but the inside was clean, smelled nice, nice staff ( of you can find them ) .I was very surprised, that I didn't receive my 1 mile long recite that CvS is notoriously known for.They had plenty of what ever it was you were looking. Perfectly laid out & nice. It was nice that most stuff was not not under lock & key when only 1 mile away , everything is under lock & key. I wonder why that is .The shopping carts were all inside & stacked nicely. I came in a rainy day , so it was a joy to not have to go back outside & retrieve my own in the rain. . if this is your local go to pharmacy or quick bite to eat grocery store. Count your blessings.
