The amount of toxicity and unhealthy behavior in this store that is allowed to continue is genuinely insane. Shout out to the workers who are genuinely trying to do their best but are put through negative scenarios due to the structure. Just baffled by how unappealing/unsafe an environment can be.

1-17 older lady with glass is a racist towards Hispanics. She gets frustrated with people and assumes that no one understands her. I had to tell her to relax as she gets flustered by the most petty things. Easy fire in my opinion with other reviews she acts the same way. Please fire her corporate

Was given the wrong prescription, the label and container was accurate, but the contents had TWO DIFFERENT incorrect items besides what the prescription was for. And there was only a slight difference I noticed at the last second. Someone filled that and another checked, they both need FIRED.
Why and how did items from different packages even get around another one? I wonder how many people this is happening to who haven’t noticed? I bet it’s not just this one time. How long until someone ends up experiencing a medical crisis or dies?
My kid as a toddler could sort like items perfectly, how does a grown adult mess that up? Criminal lack of attention or on drugs is how….

Had a vax appt scheduled. Had to cancel and reschedule at Walgreens due to scheduling conflicts. Went to Walgreens only to be told that CVS had already billed my insurance for the vax. This is insurance fraud. I had to go back to CVS to get them to reverse the charge, only to be told that they couldn't do anything and I needed to call Aetna. I said no you caused this. He calls and goes through the automated menu and then tells me it's after hours so they can't do anything. I go back to Walgreens and they call Aetna and talk to a human and are told again CVS has to reverse the charge. I go back to CVS and finally the actual pharmacist says he took care of it. After 2 hours of back and forth, I got my vaccine at Walgreens across the road.
10/10 recommend Walgreens on Corry.
-10/10 never go here they will try to commit insurance fraud. :)
PS. Smelled strongly like urine in there.

the older woman with glasses and a hair bun who works night shift has a horrendous attitude for literally no reason. i started going to this CVS after i get off work late because it's the only place open. last monday she messed up the register and almost double charged my card. she had the audacity to talk over me loudly, almost to the point of yelling when I just questioned her about it. today I bought some candy at the self checkout and accidentally jammed the receipt printer when grabbing my receipt. she immediately noticed and got an attitude. she accused me of "pulling out the receipt paper too fast". i just kind of looked at her funny, and she kept accusing me of "pulling the receipt out too fast". i used to work at cvs (even this specific location at one point) and know how to fix the printer so i just did it myself and left. this lady has absolutely no reason to be getting an attitude with me. she doesn't even know me. half the people in that store are on crack and stealing and i just wanted some candy. yet i'm the one she gets an attitude with....

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. I went there to take a passport photo for one of my applications with the US government. I had to take the photo twice and still it didn’t meet the requirements of the government. The photos got rejected twice on the website. When I went there for a refund, the people working there didn’t know how to issue refund for passport photos. If you cannot meet the standards of the country you are operating in, you should close down your service. Otherwise, learning how to issue refunds can save the customer from visiting the store 5 times a week.

Always terrible service ..never answer phone....female tech doesn't even ck to see how many Rx's are there for cust so only gives u half of ur order..terrible service..need retraining or new help!

This is the worst CVS that we have ever been to before !

If you enjoy interacting, asking questions at the Pharmacy, expecting good quality customer service at the Pharmacy, please go to a different CVS.
Don't waste your time.
I would give a Zero star rating if I could.
It's as if certain employees (one Pharmacist included) do not want your business, and do not want you to return back to the Pharmacy in the future.
If you don't believe me, look at the OTHER REVIEWS !!!
(Specifically read all the 1 Star Reviews.)
The employee(s) attitude(s) are horrific including the Pharmacy Manager !
They are standing around talking, not working, face timing on their cell phones - making customers wait at the pharmacy as if the customer is INVISIBLE !!!
Zero Customer Service !!!
Not to mention the filthy nasty store-not clean inside or outside -parking lot is trashed. The outside of the store looks as if the store is closed, shut down.
(There were people outside the store walking up to drivers of cars - begging for money.)
The store hours posted & the Pharmacy hours posted are incorrect.
Terrible experience !
