Moved out so I can finally give my review. After living here for 13 months I was so relieved I was finally able to move out! Apartments are definitely not luxury you were able to tell they weren’t even painted correctly, there’s lots of paint splash on the cabinets. My apartment constantly needed maintenance. Although I was on a lease for 1,700 on a ONE bedroom you get charged fees that add up to and extra $200 to your monthly payment I was paying almost 2000 monthly apart from parking fee $150( through Parkade app) and light bill $60-100. They also charge for trash valet which is Sunday - Thursday but LIES! They will mostly skip some days without a notice to tenants. What made me move out is that your monthly rent will get higher and management won’t say why. Management is the WORST they never reply and if you call the office they will say they’ll call you back but expect no reply from the people in the management. They are only nice to you throughout your moving in days but after that they won’t want to help with any problems you might be having. The worst part is they will enter your apartment without your consent! How disgusting!! I was asleep when a man just walked in with a key on his hand saying he was checking something for the apartments. How unlawfully is that! I never requested maintenance and I would have appreciated a notice! Yes the location is great for young people. This is not a place where a family would live! Elevators will constantly smell horrible beer+ cigarettes + marijuana! There’s no cameras in the parking garage my car was damaged several times but since basically anyone can enter it’s basically a you problem. If you live here please check what your paying monthly since they tend to add fees for no reason! Horrible people in the front office! They should pay attention to their tenants if they want them to extend their lease!

This is a long one, so bear with us!!My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year and hated it. When we first toured, we were shown the kitchen with the white cabinets and black countertops. After moving all our stuff into the apartment, I noticed something did not look right. We have ugly granite countertops and brown/wood cabinets. We emailed Bailey and she said she was sorry she made a mistake and asked if we wanted to look at other apartments. We had just moved all our things and were exhausted, so that was not an option. She said would ask her boss if we could have our rent reduced because they do charge an extra $200/month for the white/black combo. Of course, she said we already ‘have a great deal for our apartment’ so we were stuck paying the 1650/month. Extremely unprofessional and shows major incompetence. This is not the first issue we have had with Bailey; I wanted to switch parking spots and she would not respond to my emails for two weeks. Also, the apartment was not ready until after 6 days of the promised move-in date, and they offered no compensation for the hundreds of dollars we had to spend on hotels/Airbnb.My boyfriend had his car parked by the elevators in the garage, he had his hazards on as we unloaded things from his car. We were upstairs for no more than 30 minutes, and they had towed his car. This was the first time ever, so you would think they just fine us or leave a note. But no, we had to drive around trying to find available ATMs and pay $180 to get his car back. And he LITERALLY had his hazards on.The garage has no cameras in it, and neither do the hallways. They also always claim that guest parking is “full” for the week when you can see dozens of empty parking spots where residents don’t park in.The package room is a complete mess, there is no organization system at all. All the shipping companies come in and just put all the packages across the package room. The package room even has a parcel locker system, and during our entire time there, my boyfriend and I have not once gotten a package from there. There is always the smell of cigarettes in the hallways, and there is no cover over the key fob sensor to the entry of the garage so when it’s pouring, your car will get all wet inside. There has been more than one instance where there were some weird extra charges and when questioned about it, their response was always ‘oh I don’t know how that happened, it was a mistake, we’ll fix it!”. I wonder how much money they got from tenants who didn’t pay attention enough to notice their ‘mistakes’.AND for the cherry on top.. our lease ended Aug 1, but about a month earlier we had asked to extend it to the 6th because our new apartment wouldn’t be ready until then. Bailey said no problem, and she would make the change in our account. Fast forward to July 29, we get an email saying to be out by August 1. We explained we spoke to Bailey and she said we could stay until the 6th, and they replied saying she ‘doesn’t remember that conversation, and since we didn’t have anything in writing basically tough luck. Long story short, we had three days to scramble and get storage units and Uhauls and pack up our whole apartment. Finally, this is more about the area. We do like the convenience of being by the bars (and luckily, we were facing the river so did not have to deal with all the noise) and being by good restaurants, but when there are Reds or Bengals games or any sort of event (concerts, festivals, races) it gets extremely packed with people and there is so much traffic. The street to the garage also gets blocked off several times a month, making you take a long detour to the hotel entrance and it is just very inconvenient and annoying. So, beware of that issue that we did not think of before moving here. These apartments are simply not “luxury” apartments. Management will quite literally ghost you when you have problems (although maintenance was awesome and super efficient!). DO NOT live here if you want to enjoy your time in Cincinnati

This place is great and the location is nothing short of AMAZING. If you want to be in the middle of the action and not need a car for anything, look no further. The office staff is very nice and the maintenance fixing things promptly. The street outside is permanently closed off to vehicular traffic and is right next to the baseball stadium. The football stadium is just 1/2 mile away. This place is party central. I have a unit facing away from the street so I never hear any noise at all.

Madison was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the property when she showed me around. She ensured to let me know of all the details when showing me multiple units, helped me orient myself, and was beyond welcoming. She also told me about the surrounding area and gave me some pointers on things to do. The dreadful lease signing process was quite the opposite of dreadful with Madison as well. It went so smoothly and did not take much time at all! I am looking forward to being a part of this community.

Clarke is absolutely amazing. She made my move from California super easy. I couldn’t be more happier with how the whole process went. The apartment is amazing, staff is awesome.

I moved in this week to Current at the Banks, and I could not be happier. Keith and the team were really great in helping me thru the leasing process and getting me settled in for my stay here. They certainly went above and beyond, and I would HIGHLY recommend this upscale community if life takes you to the best part of Cinci -- at the Banks and close to everything. First class all the way, and the amenities are great, too.

Lived here over the summer for an internship, total of 90 days. Despite communicating clearly that I did not need to go beyond given date while setting up the lease was auto extended for a month because 60 day written notice wasn’t given. I wasn’t notified by the office I had crossed their move out notice threshold until 30 days after, which seems less about managing occupancy and more about squeezing extra money out of tenants. Office wasn’t helpful, and gave me a number to their supervisors that didn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend anyone live here, especially anyone looking short term.

They market this property as “luxury”, but my apartment constantly needed maintenance. The first day we moved in, the entire closet rack fell off of the wall. Our screen on the porch was ripped and wouldn’t slide open. Maintenance could never figure out how to fix it. Our bathtub handle broke off and we could not get the water to turn off. The disposal didn’t work upon move in, and many of the amenities do not work, such as the fire pits outside. The hallway was hot most of the year because of air conditioning issues, and the noise from The Banks on weekends makes it impossible to get any sleep. The fire alarms go off weekly and forced us to “evacuate” at various times of the evening/early morning. Our flooring in the living room was cheap and constantly bubbled up. They close the garages for update with little to no notice. Upon move out, we spent a week cleaning our apartment to make sure it was spotless. We have receipts showing a zero balance owed with this complex. However, we just received a call from collections stating we owed over 300 dollars. I called the office and we were initially told this was an error, and that we had a zero balance. They stated that a lot of former clients got this call and they didn’t know why. She asked us to send them an email with our zero balance notification. However, they stated in the email back that because we cleaned the apartment ourselves without hiring a professional cleaner, we were charged. There was also a small “scratch” on the floor which they charged us 150 dollars to buff out for the “labor costs” After a terrible experience living here, we were relieved to move out. It’s disappointing that after spending 2K a month on this apartment that they nickled and dimed us upon move out, after knowing how many issues we had with the apt (which they said was because the building is 15 years old) I was always understanding and patient as they tried to fix our apartment, and the same courtesy could have been extended when we moved out. They never even sent us a bill for the 300, they went straight to collections. The way the staff handled this issue was disappointing. Many times the driveway to the apartment is blocked due to festivals and you literally can’t get to your home. After big events, there would be vomit all over the main hallway, or people passed out that had slept there. Avoid at all costs.

Current at the banks is such an amazing place to live. The maintenance staff as well as the office staff does such an incredible job. I could have not asked for better people to help me with the moving in process as well as keeping in touch to see if all my needs were met. Thank you staff at current you guys rock.

My husband and I were looking to downsize and a friend of ours told us to look into Current at the Banks. The staff, Bailey and Keith, were so welcoming and a pleasure to talk to! We decided to stay in our house, but I highly recommend Current at the Banks for your next home!

A colleague was looking at places to move and came across Current. When I helped her investigate, I noticed the staff was incredible. Just incredible. I will be recommending Current to friends in the future—I would highly recommend.

These positive reviews are obviously fake. Notice how they've been bombed with positive reviews since people started complaining about legitimate problems here. Living here is basically like living in the rafters of a concert venue. Essentially unliveable and I'm not talking about weekends it's all week.

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, went to sporting events, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. A huge plus is the pool and pool parties! Everyone in the office Amanda, Keith and Bailey are friendly and very welcoming.

My mom lives here and they treat her so well. Any time she has a maintenance issue, Jason and team fix it promptly. Amanda and the leasing team are always friendly and go above and beyond to make her (and us) feel comfortable. We were nervous having her live by herself after my dad passed, but she's found a community here and we couldn't be more thankful.
