I was new to Cincinnati and I was looking for a gym that would challenge me to be better. Honestly, I am the worst when it comes to programming my own works outs. Thankfully, Crossfit has solved this problem for me! All I need to do is show up. Everyone at this gym is extremely welcoming. They took the time to get to know what level I was at and gave me the support I needed to get started. The coaches are very approachable, keep you motivated, and help push you past your barriers. I highly recommend checking out Crossfit Regulate, whatever your fitness level is.

Been going here for over a year, and people are shocked by the change. Chris and Mike (the owners) are great, and dedicated to helping everyone that attends. There are all levels of fitness in the classes, and a wide range of ages. You can get help with any movement. The community is great, with other members helping or cheering you on.

Quite an amazing place. When I started I hadn’t worked out in such a long time. I started by showing up to one of their classes and simply speaking to the one of the owners (Chris). He was very transparent answering any questions I had and invited me in for their next class to try it out. Mike and Chris are tremendous coaches who are patient, knowledgeable, and genuine. But beyond that, each member is welcoming and friendly. They've truly created a community that embraces everyone regardless of your athletic background or CrossFit experience. Can't say enough good things!

Joined around thanksgiving 2017. I have never liked gyms or gym people. I knew next to nothing about weight lifting. The coaches and the people in this gym are great. They have made me feel at home and have pushed me to new levels of fitness. I love going every day. Thank you crossfit regulate for helping to make me a better version of me.
