It seems different than before.The employees aren't very helpful or knowledgeable about the products and they are very deceptive in their word choices like they were trained the same deceitful way. I caught 2 of them in 3 lies, so be careful.The extra products like cords are cases are expensive like any other store.I bought my daughter's iPhone there but I bought the screen protector, plug, cute phone case from Ebay and Amazon for a fraction of Cricket's instore price. She whipped it out right at the counter after I purchased her phone. They rolled their eyes.?Anyway, they have good billing & service tho. Ask for auto-pay to receive $5 off every bill.?
