Recently I have had two great experiences at the Cricket Colerain location (9804 Colerain Ave). The cricket repsentive who helped was Mayilin. She was kind, curiosity, and provided fast service! Excellent!! I will always use this location!! Highly recommended!!! Thank you Mayilin!!5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Maiylin was AMAZING SAVED MY BUISNESS t mobile and mint held my phone number hostage for over a week! I came in and within 5 minutes my buisness line was up and working the first time I have cried happy tears in a store. If I could give her 100 stars I would! She deserves a raise! Or 5 lol ❤️

Today I was thinking about switching cell phone companies due to needing a new device . I am not one to spend tons on a cell phone??♀️not my thing . I have been w cricket for years and love how easy it is to pay my bill , or even calling customer service is always fast and easy also ! Well I walked into this cricket store first, not my usual location "Previously " . I asked the super nice lady a couple questions, the systems were down , so I ran to another store just to see what they offer to new customers and let's just say I ran back to the cricket ! Amy the employee working this day not only has the most amazing spirit about her she also has the best customer service I've saw in any store In a long time !!! She was not only more than kind and helpful to me but to every customer that came through the door ! Amy you are a light this world so needs these days an I thank you again for being so kind an helpful! I appreciate you and your bosses should be very proud to have you in any store !!! ,❤️

Young lady who was helping us was not welcoming. She didn't even greet us or asked how she could help. She looked like she didn't know what she was doing. Unpleased with this location.
