Mayilin is awesome...helped me with my Android phone issues...purchased a new Motorola...she is very knowledgeable and took the time to help since I am not very tech savvy... highly recommend her!

Recently I have had two great experiences at the Cricket Colerain location (9804 Colerain Ave). The cricket repsentive who helped was Mayilin. She was kind, curiosity, and provided fast service! Excellent!! I will always use this location!! Highly recommended!!! Thank you Mayilin!!5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent Mayilin offers excellent friendly service and best of all, she speaks Spanish. He is really very patient and helps solve problems.
