I called store for info on current phone bundles. I was assisted by Goose. He was very professional and patient with all the questions I asked. I appreciate receiving such wonderful customer service, as this has seldom been my experience during my 18 years of being a Cricket customer. Sending out a huge Thank You to Goose for excellent customer service!!

I got stuck with a horrible upgrade. I went to return it within the time frame, and they said it wasn't allowed. I called Cooperate for help, as I couldn't find anything on the receipt to suggest I was late. They confirmed I should have been able to make my refund, but I'd have to talk to a store manager. Calling the store back, the manager confirmed that this is a policy by the store owner. When I went to another store, they were much more helpful, but unable to return my phone because it must be taken back by the same store that bought it, as they had a different inventory or something of the sort. They've caused me to waste over 200 dollars and at least 4 hours, and I will no longer be a Cricket customer due to the hands of these employees.

The manager in here goes above and beyond man he works he knows his job and he works good at it tries to help you any way he can. His associate wasn't that great so he was dealing with me and my old lady and everybody else that came in in between wait and times to get information and still got us down in a good fast pace

I've been going here for years n had no problems... Employee were polite & helpfulUNTIL a few months ago when they got all different employees... They will hide in the back, not even acknowledge u when u walk in... Today I went in to pay a bill and the computers were down... So had to travel 20mins to another location... Guess I'll b going to the Norwood location from now on

Come in upset dropped my phone and broke and Sarah was pleasant and sweet got me and new phone and a awesome deal.. she is sweet the other guy was no where to be found the guy with dread was rude when bought phone for my husband 2 weeks ago.

They provided great customer support and helped me create a my Cricket account with HBO max! I had no issues, besides for the dread hair guy who seemed a bit hostile towards his coworker. It was pleasant left out with a phone.
