Several tickets in, asked to speak to management several times, was told 24-48 hrs I would get a call, reminded them several times to call and they never did. They also switch people every 5 minutes so every text was a new person “looking into the issue” with no resolution

Has been a great experience every time we’ve been in. Friendly staff (thanks to Eileen and Lauren both, on different nights!) and good quality products to boot. We have been, and will be back!

What an awesome experience! My husband and I have been searching high and low for a perfect couch. We are talking a few years in the making… anyways, our friend told us about her Crate and Barrel couch experience and so we thought we’d give it a shot. We went two days in a row and wow! Both days were amazing.
The first day we had Eileen. She was fantastic! She gave us a great lay of the land and discussed each couch with great knowledge. She never once seemed frustrated with our indecisiveness! We narrowed in on one and she gave us great tips on material options as well as feet options. She gave us a quote, told us to think on it and call her with any questions.
Then today we had Lauren who also works as a designer upstairs! She was incredibly helpful. My husband and I were on the fence of a few options regarding the couch we created the day prior and Lauren had great ideas. She had a vision of what the space could be for us without ever stepping foot in it! She was great. We ended up buying our creation with the help and guidance she provided.
All in all we had the most amazing couch buying experience. I’m sure this could sound silly to a few folks, but custom couches aren’t cheap and it’s nice to have help that is gracious as well as knowledgeable! Thank you both!

Came in to inquire about replacing my $4,000 sofa that was sold as “performance fabric” but is actually disintegrating. The helpful furniture saleswoman called for help & the store manager came up. The store manager seemed very confused by questions we were asking her & actually implied that WE were responsible for the poor fabric quality. Even stating that it was caused “by zippers on the backs of our pants”…. What?! Horrible company do not do business with them, especially this store ran by a clueless person.

We have had the greatest experience! We purchased our new house, and Emma completely made it our dream home! She designed our living room, sunroom, dining room, and foyer from top to bottom, everything from rugs and accessories to large furniture pieces. Emma visited our home, brought samples, took measurements, and spoke with us about our vision and goals for our home. Emma effortlessly captured our design preferences and curated perfect design options for us to choose from. We will continue to work specifically with Emma as we expand our home and family. Thank you, Emma!

older lady who come out to my curbside pickup was one of extremely rude. She went to the passenger side window and dropped my items in my car and rolled her eyes at me and walked away. It’s obvious she hates her job. I’d try to avoid her at all costs

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from David at Crate and Barrel in Kenwood. From the moment my husband and I walked into the store, the staff greeted us warmly and were incredibly attentive to our needs. David went above and beyond to help us find all the things we needed for our new home, offering valuable advice and guiding us through various options without any pressure. What truly stood out was the genuine dedication to ensuring our satisfaction. Taking all items to the register and having everything rung up by the time we were ready to check out. It's clear that Crate and Barrel values its customers, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking not only quality products but also outstanding service.

??? DO NOT APPLY TO WORK HERE. This store is run by a micromanaging control freak who does not respect associates AT ALL. Crate & Barrel Holdings was made well aware of their behavior and STANDS BY IT. It is not just this store that has issues, it is the WHOLE company. HR straight up ignored pleas for help from associates when dealing with targeting & disparaging comments from management. Also, the product is cheap. If you can afford to shop here, buy from real quality furniture manufacturers like CR Laine, Sherril, and Taylor King. Would give -5 stars if I could. ?In response to the response- yes it was my personal experience ✨and✨ other’s personal experience. My personal experience was NOT an isolated incident. I already went to HR and they did nothing, why would I contact them again? I am done with that place, just wanted to warn others not to join such a toxic and hostile work environment/company. Stay far far away.

crate & barrel is the perfect example of pretending to be luxury & charging luxury prices. we haven’t even had our towels for 6 months & they’re already shredding at the seams. the towels we had before we bought these are 10 years old & only this year started shredding at the seams. we also bought a $5k couch that has absolutely no sustainability. do not buy from any crate & barrel.

I purchased a lamp with in-store pickup from C&B, despite it being a 50min drive. The lamp base arrived without the shade, pickup/return trip #1. The shade showed up over a month later, pickup/return trip #2. I arrived home and the shade was damaged inside the box. They had me repurchase the shade to get in 5-7 days and now I get to make pickup/return trip #3. Don't pickup in store and be aware lamps come in multiple shipments.
