I’m normally wary of used car dealerships, but this place changed my mind. Dan and KC were honest, forthright, helpful, knowledgeable, and the price of my vehicle was very fair. They pride themselves on their service and repair shop staff, and have a loyal customer base as a result (the previous owner of the vehicle I purchased had been servicing the vehicle at Courtesy for 6 years before he traded it in to them). I’d recommend them to anyone!

We recently bought two cars from courtesy. My wife’s car ended up being perfectly fine the last year, but my daughter bought hers from there and it has been a total POS with no warranty. It has been problem after problem after problem since we got hers so we are one for two with this dealership..

I have all of my vehicles repaired at the collision center, and unfortunately, that means I'm there often. There is NOBODY better than Adam to take care of your vehicle. He makes a bad situation easy and our cars always look better when we get them back than they did before they were damaged. Adam I can not thank you enough and because of you I will be a customer for life!!

In more than 60 years of buying pre-owned vehicles from different dealers, we have NEVER encountered a dealership with this level of care and concern for our needs. To say they bent over backwards to help us purchase the right vehicle would be an understatement. The level of expertise and integrity was simply off the charts! Their efficiency in processing paperwork and completing transactions was a truly hassle-free experience. Their commitment to after-sales service, including warranty coverage and assistance with a few minor issues was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies we have dealt with in the past. Their track record, testimonials from happy customers, speaks for itself. I cannot recommend them more highly!

I have now had two amazing experiences at the Courtesy Body Shop, with Adam Eckerle and his team. Last year, we had damage to one of our cars that involved insurance that all worked out great. Adam worked with the insurance company to get all original manufacturer parts and a set price, and the work done by his team was fantastic. And on time as promised. Then today Adam went a step beyond. My wife had a minor parking lot incident damaging her car. When I took it in for an estimate, Adam came out to look at the car, and on his own put everything back together in the parking lot in about 15-20 min! He had just had surgery. And he gave me the time to work on our issue. The guy knows what he's doing, and goes over and above the call of duty. There may be other body shops, but the Courtesy group's body shop and Adam take the customer service experience to another level. I would recommend them without question if you need body work done. Thanks Adam!
