I was there this morning for the first come first serve air jordan 17 and unfortunately I didn't win?? but even with that being said the experience was still a nice environment and the staff was really nice and tried to accommodate me with purchasing something else I have been a long time fan and customer off both Matt and corporategotem and will continue to be as I still believe it's one of the best spots in the city

This company is terrible. Zero customer service. Someone used my card fraudulently & bought stuff at places & this was one & zero help. Heard other bad stuff going on here. Buyers beware.

I went to the corporate store in Hyde park. THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND 13 years and I’m just now hearing about this place. They have a great selection of shoes and their prices are NOT HIGHWAY ROBBERY LIKE OTHER STORES!!! THE TWO EMPLOYEES WERE SO HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL‼️‼️ they said they rotate shoes every week or so…with that being said I will def be going back!!! Bought two pairs of shoes and a hat for around 350!!! Don’t walk RUN!!!!

Probably the worst place on earth to buy sneakers. It’s owned by a little man with a big ego who discriminates against who he will and will not sell shoes to. They back door a lot too. Especially any Travis Scott release. They think for some reason the city loves them but almost anyone I have talked to about Corporate has the same things to say. If they didn’t have a Nike contract people wouldn’t even show up to this store if you want to keep it ?

Went there this morning for a drop. An employee completely skipped over me in line (most likely because I'm a woman)...because why would I stand in line all morning, for fun?I did come in with my boyfriend, who went before me, but the employee asked "what size do YOU want" indicating that he was only speaking to my boyfriend, so I politely stood behind my boyfriend and waited for my turn. When this employee came back out he immediately started speaking to the man behind me asking him what size he wanted, completely skipping over me.Ridiculous.Anyways after letting him know that I was in line before the man behind me (which already could've been seen by anyone with eyes). He tried to say it was my fault. I didn't know I had to speak up to be serviced when no other man in the store had to speak up to get serviced. It's his fault for skipping over me, for whatever reason he choose to do that.I think it's important to note that two people after us, who came in together, were asked by this same employee, what size did they BOTH want. This employee was just determined to ignore me. Hard to think it's not because I was the only woman there at the time.Had to leave the store with no shoes because of incompetence from an employee.It's a shame because while we were in the store me and my boyfriend were looking at clothes and other shoes we wanted to buy. Never again.

Super pleased and Highly recommend! Mitchell went above and beyond to ensure my son got the shoes he wanted for school! They were pretty hard to find. Price was way cheaper than most everywhere else and shipping was super affordable as well! Super fast service, shoes shipped on Tuesday we got them on Thursday. Definitely will be back for future business! Shop with these guys as you will not be disappointed! 5 stars all around for Sole By Style!

He knows what is up sells shoes for the most reasonable price better than any foot locker or champs you just can’t beat that store. The owner was there my dad and I had a great time there. Golden hoop in there to is on fleek!

Brought a pair of yezzy 700's the Infiniti laces started to fall apart call Adidas. And was told they are not an authorized Adidas dealer. Ultimately it's Adidas junk product that is at fault But as well as I cannot get a replacement due to them not being an authorized seller.
