Was going out of town to visit nieces and nephews, got three toys from this store as I had in the past. Came home and heard that the bubble blaster didn’t last a week. My niece called and emailed store with no response even though I had receipt’s. I really want to support local but the store did not stand behind products and I was embarrassed that the toy I bought didn’t last 7 days.Update- stopped in the store after owner replied to my post. Brought receipts in and they sent a replacement out.

Birthday Hero! We tracked down a hard-ish to find item at this store and they shipped it to us right in time for a birthday present. The item was super fragile, and they packed it perfectly. We didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for shipping either. Person I talked to on the phone was super nice and gave me a follow up call as promised. Overall a great job!

The return policy for store credit on their receipts doesn’t match their in-house return policy. Aside from that obvious & confusing problem, the issue was handled poorly by the staff & the guy barely admitted a fault. A 30 min drive all for nothing.Over-priced anyways. Spend your money elsewhere.

This place is a great spot for finding something for a person that is hard to shop for. Toys are not just for children! There are some seriously cool adult toys here too. My spouse and I roamed the store for well over an hour inspecting and playing with darn near every single toy we came across. Cool puzzle toys, obscure toys that big box stores just don't keep stocked, nostalgia toys from when you were a kid and you can't find them anymore! We did a couple price comparisons on Amazon and Coolest Toys On Earth were competitively priced! So not only do you get to find that awesome thing for that special person, you get to play with tops that go and go and go while you do it, or stomp on colored liquid filled mats, or find the exact dinosaur you always wanted as a kid AND you get to find it at a great price with no questions about quality like online shopping.Not only are the contents of the store great, the employees are excellent too. They are very knowledgeable and you can tell they are genuinely excited about their stock. And they're more than happy to explain how something works or shoot you with an air cannon from 30 feet away!When we come here, we know that birthdays and Christmas mornings are guaranteed to have kids with us on our laps showing them how a certain toy works, or with us on the floor playing with a spring loaded toy that will shoot six feet in the air, or a foam plane which flies forever that they can take outside and launch down the driveway. With some of the Coolest Toys on Earth, our kids dont just disappear to their rooms with the newest video game (at least not for a few hours). We get to share the joy from our childhood.I'd give this place 10 stars if I could.

Owner kicked my friend out and when asked why he didn’t give a solid reason. After I went in with her he then said we couldn’t be there without an adult so we left, but my other friends went in there without an adult and weren’t kicked out.
