My rental car was one of multiple cars broken into back in April. I emailed the GM and the only response was "you park at your own risk" with absolutely no offer to remedy anything. I was not looking for them to cover the cost, but some sort of gesture would have been nice considering the GM admitted there was a gap in security surveillance in the parking lot where the incident occurred.

The staff was very pleasant. They had an unruly guest as we came in to check in, but they handled it well, even with the woman screaming and swearing at them. Our room was great. Exceeded expectations. Location was nice and close to our vacation destinations, but the neighborhood didn’t seem the greatest to walk around in.

The girl at the front desk (jingra on the statement) was so pleasant and accommodating! She offered us the use of the laundry cart because all of the other carts were unavailable. She was very uplifting and inviting. The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay!Nearby activities: this motel was very close to everything we came to Cincinnati for. it was just down the road from the Reds game and close to the zoo.

It was clean, looks very modern and luxury, staff was very freindly, breakfast was amazing. The couch in the room did have some stains, but we just didn't use it, the pool was warm. And was very close to the venue of the concert I went to and the cincinati zoo. Only paid $120 for a double queen roomNearby activities: Pnc pavilion, cincinati zoo, restaurants, fast food,Food & drinks: Had a great variety of food, all tasted amazing, drinks were also very good

Please, please, please do not stay at this hotel - especially if you have children. My 4-year-old’s feet turned black from walking on the floor of our room. There were no towels. The noise was unbearable, lasting until 5 in the morning. The breakfast was inedible and handled by ungloved employees. Our floor wreaked of weed. Please cross this one off your list.

The room was cool but it definitely was not thoroughly cleaned. There was long hair strands on the shower wall and a whole plate of food in the microwave apparently from the previous guests. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was better than I expected.

My stay exceeded all expectations. The hotel staff were warm, welcoming, attentive and helpful. I would like to especially mention the GM Josh and Leslie for their excellent service. Their dedication to providing excellent service truly made me feel like a valued guest.The breakfast was delicious. The hotel clean and comfortable.The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence.I'm already looking forward to my next visit to this remarkable hotel.

Unfriendly staff and unclean room. It is very close to the zoo.Employee at the front desk was very rude when I asked a question at check in. Floor in the room was sticky. Counter top in bathroom was not clean when I wiped it down the was cloth was dirty. Small curly hairs were in one of the “clean” towels. Shower is an open shower with glass on back 1/2 by shower head but water still splashed out on the front end all over the floor. Deadbolt didn’t lock. Bedside table had water rings on it from previous guests drinks, clearly was not wiped down. With taxes spent $206 for this room. Way overpriced for a not clean room. Also there are signs in the parking lot that state the hotel is not responsible if someone breaks into your car, which would lead me to believe cars have been broken into there.

The staff at the front desk couldn’t have been any sweeter. Totally made us feel like family and very welcome.The hotel appears to be very new and is in immaculate condition. Two bed room was super clean, with a nice sofa area, sharp looking furniture and a very clean bathroom.I would gladly return here without hesitation.

Disappointed by the room cleanliness and lack of making sure it had everything needed like the 2nd remote that lets you watch regular TV or cable channels. Desk staff had good excuses for both, but finally got the 2nd remote at 11:20 pm by the one desk staff who really wanted to help fix the problem.It was close to Christ Hospital and had a free hot breakfast but other problems made it not worth the price. If you were staying longer, the kitchen in the room will be useful since it was equipmented with items you need. Enough hot water to take a hot bath at midnight and comfort bed. Glad I won't have a reason to come back because of the price and the problems.

The stay was nice until the rain from outside started to find its way into my room. Remind you It rained for 2days. The first day I found out about the leak I was hearing loud dripping from the window the night before as I was heading to bed and I was wondering why it was so loud but I payed in no mind and went to sleep. I woke up to water all over my floor.I called down and stated that there was a leak in my room and someone looked at it and said that something was to be fixed in a sec and someone else would be right up. 1h 30m goes by and still nothing. So I then went to the front desk to ask what happened and then they proceeded to tell me that it need to be dry to be fixed. And she said that someone would be up shortly and 10mins later someone is knocking with a bunch of hand towels. Ughh it was just too much. i asked to have a reduction on the room but haven't heard back. Housekeeping was nice and the breakfast was great.

If you stay here, do not stay in room #527. I walked in an its was freezing in there. I was about to put my bag on the tv stand an seen a bug running on the stand so i did put my bag there. Turned around put my bag on the ottoman an seen a roach on the floor so i killed it. I had to pee so i used the bathroom an when i flushed a bigger roach went down the drain. Grabbed my bag to leave an a roach was under the microwave an another one guarding the door. Went to the front desk an my the conversation went like this "I need another room roaches are in that room". The woman at the desk asked "what us your room number" I said "524" I didnt care what the room number was an she said "You in room #527"No i'm sorry about that no nothing. She gave me room #427 right under the roach room. Im like oh lord here we go more roaches walked in an no roaches but I stinks lol. Proof of the last 2 roaches attached lol

I had a horrible experience here. The room was dirty and disgusting so we didn't stay and the hotel is refusing to refund me. Do NOT stay here!

The staff were all very kind, efficient, and helpful. The room was clean, and updated. The complimentary breakfast was nice. The area was easy to navigate. I'm always concerned about safety while traveling, and the area seemed safe. I would recommend thid hotel, and stay here again.
