Living here and particularly moving out was frankly so mentally draining to me. I dealt with bugs, absurdly hot rooms, a bathtub that I could barely use without fear of breaking it. When I tried to break the lease an internal system error occurred and claimed I had almost 2 grand of unpaid rent and they sent a letter threatening eviction. In trying to reach out to them the customer service contact is not a real person but instead an AI and they barely helped with anything other than scheduling a tour which was completely irrelevant to me. I want to make it clear that the property manager, who was new at the time, was very kind about the situation but her boss was condescending, rude, and made me feel bad about trying to help myself and my situation.

This apartment complex is beautiful clean and quiet.! I love it. I've lived here for a short while but any problems or maintenance issues I've had have been attended to in an appropriate manner. Our new property manager Mahalia and maintenance team Keith are exceptional in courteous customer service. I genuinely enjoy where I live.

The new community manager Rhonda took so long to fix issues in our unit.... up to this date, no one fix our kitchen sink and dead light!

Apartment was gorgeous. Scenery was peaceful. Project manager was well in-formed and gracious. Issue: two sperate tenants as I was coming and then going warned me about wood roaches that everyone has to deal with. They are huge bugs that are similar in size to hissing cockroaches at the Cincinnati Zoo. Project Mgr. confirmed this to be true. Everyone gets them.... debating future move here.
