PLEASE fix your machines! Every time I come there are more machines out of order. Yesterday there were only 2 or 3 of the large washers that were working and it seems like only half of the dryers are functioning.

I had stopped by the day before to get some information on their machine capacities. The gentleman there (the attendant) recommended which would best meet my needs. I came back the next day to wash a comforter, and mattress cover (too large for my regular washer.) When I arrived, there was a different attendant, also a few other customers. I noticed the establishment was very clean and tidy. There was detergent if you needed to purchase. Tables to fold your clothes, and trolleys to transfer your wet/dry clothes between washer and dryer. The machines well maintained and clean. Tables and chairs to sit and wait for your laundry to be finished. (They also have free WiFi.)The washer was quick, did a good job cleaning my items. The dryers, also well maintained, dried my items in a few cycles. I was very pleased with the establishment. I will recommend, and return, if I have items that need the use of a larger capacity washer.

Clean, convenient, and easy to park. As stated in other reviews, super helpful staff. I was washing a king size comforter and she gave me all the tips on which machines, how to use, plus recommendation to fluff every 10 minutes during drying. Super helpful. This will be my new go to place for washing comforters as Widmers Dry Cleaners destroyed my last one.

I am new to the area since I just started my new job 4 weeks ago. I stay a nearby apartment while my family is in another state. This week was special because my family was here visiting me and we are hitting the road to take them back home tomorrow am. I did not want to have to worry about coming back next week with dirty clothes which is why I needed something quick. This evening I was told by the associate that I could not do my 1 load of laundry because they close at 9pm. It was 7:45pm. I understand there are likely many that stroll in with loads of laundry and not enough time to wash and dry, which would make it impossible to close on time.I had just started to walk up the sidewalk to the entrance and the associate pushed open the door to stop me from even coming in. She asked me if I was washing and drying my clothes, and proceeded to explain their policy to me. I then said I only have 1 load and it would take only 40 mins to finish, but she repeated their hours of operation. Very pointed and with an attitude, like the Seinfeld "No Soup For You" episode. Although this was my own crazy laundromat episode. Anyhow, at that point I began to get frustrated because I felt she was raising her voice at me and being condescending. I believe I said something like, "why are you repeating your policy to me?" From there it just continued to get heated and she told me to get off her property and stormed back inside. I walked over to the door and she tried to push it shut and I pushed it open and asked for the owners contact information. She was yelling, waving her arms, and pacing over to the counter. I then said "are you ok?" And she replied "oh yes, are you?". Again condescending and rude. Honestly I could not believe this was all happening due to me wanting to do 1 load of laundry. She was steadfast and had zero empathy or communication skills. I chalked it up as a loss and began to walk back to my truck which is when she was staring at me through the windows. I took a picture of the digital hours sign on the window while she took pictures of me. I got in my truck and she stormed out and sat down on a curb and was calling someone. And believe she took some additional pictures of my truck. ??I was so upset and felt so mistreated (and embarrassed that all of this happened in front of a few other customers). Which is why I decided to call the police. Yup... I called the police. Oh boy. The police officers arrived promptly... in fact 3 police cars. One of them walked up to me, we said hi and then the associate walked up to us both with her arms crossed. Both the police officer and I looked at her, and I said "why are you doing this?", she replied "because I want to hear what you have to say". Fortunately the officer did the right thing and asked her to please go inside while he speaks with me. I explained what happened, he was very professional, took notes and gave me a couple suggestions on how to locate the owners, but directed to me to a 24 hr laundromat... which is where I am now. Maybe the associate could have done the same thing instead of flying off the handle? Ps... during the time I was speaking with the officer the associate was standing on a chair while slamming her fingers on her phone. Odd. My suggestion to the owners... Reconsider who you have working at your location, especially this particular associate. She is a liability for you. In reading other Yelp reviews, this is not the first time she's made your customers feels very uncomfortable. My suggestion to potential customers... Run. Find another laundromat if your planning to clean your clothes in the early evening.

Very reasonable prices, the largest washing machines only cost $6! They have a change machine for quarters and have very friendly helpful staff! Definitely recommend this place!

I needed a few items laundered while traveling and staying at The Summit Hotel. Clean clothes was recommended by hotel staff for drop off service. Very convenient, friendly staff and I had my items 3 hours after drop off . Not to mention they used an allergen free detergent! 5 star

Clean clothes laundry its in the name CLEAN soooo this is the 3rd laundromat I've been to in my life and I've got a say I like this one the washers get my clothes clean better than the other places the place is always clean the employees be on their job. I see them cleaning all the time getting on step ladders to clean the tops too. CLEAN.. While you wash sit at the tables in the front listen to music and relax hey this place is nice check it out. Grab a free load card while you're there ? ( I thought this was cool ?)

Well I haven't been to many laundromats but my washer broke uuugh. I went to some other place 1st it was ehhhhh but this was new to me. Next time I came here well now I'm hooked the washers are different sizes I always see the ladles cleaning and wiping off the washers/dryers that was a plus. Music plays in the background over by the table and chairs, they are friendly and ready to assist when needed. They also have wash cards get you 1 and get them stamped to earn free loads. Aaaand they do dry cleaning I'm on my way there today actually lol.. ... No I'm not a bot or friend I'm Just someone who has never experienced going to the laundromats and this place has been perfect so far
