I dropped off some items on Saturday morning around 8am for wash/fold. Amy washed and folded them before noon and contacted me to let me know they were ready for pickup. She is a gem. Thank you!

Really tiny machines compared to other laundromats in the area. Parking lot is really small and congested. Homeless guy sleeping right outside the business entrance. Ended up leaving without cleaning our clothes.

Clean place. Everything was in working order and if it wasn’t it had a sign letting you know that it wasn’t. Great prices.

We stopped in while travelling from out of town. We were going to do our own laundry, but after a discussion decided to use their drop-off service. After dropping off the clothes we went to lunch and took a short walk. Shortly after they called to say our clothes were washed, dried, folded, and ready to pick up. The people were very nice and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

I have been coming here for a couple of months now and I have always had a great experience. Samantha has been nothing but good to me and my family especially when help is needed! Regardless of us coming in late she’s a really sweet lady. It’s really clean in here also! Thank youuu!!!!

I’ve been going to Clean Clothes for about two years now and usually have good experiences. That being said, their Fairfax/Mariemont location is better bet. At their Oakley location today, more than half of the dryers were out of order (to the point where a line of people were waiting for one to open up) and when I called to see if I’d left an item there, I was hung up on twice. I only use this location as a back-up since it seems to be in some kind of disarray and the staff seem focused on other things.

The place is nice and clean but they could have some better seats, The seats are TERRIBLE! they sit toooo low!

Until today I have always had a positive experience there, but today when I pulled up to pick up my laundry the girl working the counter was outside on her phone and having a meltdown. She was yelling and cussing to where customers inside could hear her as well as people outside. Very unprofessional and I hope something is done, because it's not the first I have come in and the girl was on her phone behind the counter while dealing with a customer.

This place is always neat, clean and quiet. The staff there really set the standard of kindness. Ms. Rebecca was very helpful and kind to me. Doing laundry with a newborn is so tough. She aided me in making sure the machines were working fast and ensured that I didn’t miss or leave anything. I always come this laundry mat because of the service. Ms. Rebecca as well as all the other staff employees I’ve met provide kind excellent service. Thanks!
