Natasha was super helpful with my visit the other day. Super tentative and didn’t feel like I was talking to a robot.

The management is incredibly responsive and always takes care of any issues promptly. Natasha was incredible guiding me through all of the ins and outs with anything I needed help with. The amenities, such as the pool and gym, are well-maintained and a great addition to the community. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.

Amazing staff and amazing amenities (it's the pool views for me ??). If you're looking to rent in Cincinnati don't sleep on CBD!

This building is amazing! The amenities are amazing! Natasha was amazing and answered my 1000 questions and took the time to get an idea of what I was looking for. We look at several options! Also shoutout to Bill, Jasmine and Gina at the concierge desk!Very smooth process overall and easy move in as well! Thanks everyone!

I want to start by saying the building is fantastic. The location and all the amenities are great. I really like the pool area. That being said, be careful if you rent an apartment short term there. They try to scam you after you leave, for a $300 cleaning fee by filing a Airbnb claim weeks after you’ve left. Apt 836 with host Aaron in particular. The shameful thing was I would’ve definitely came back because I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment.

Just moved in and can’t say enough great things about the property, staff and overall service. Despite having a tight timeframe to view (and re-view) apartments, apply and move…the team (from property manager to concierge to the extremely kind and patient sales rep Sean) is what made this transition smooth and painless.Sean easily showed me a few dozen units across the holiday break, always smiling, willing to answer questions, and open yet another door to find me that perfect fit. Can’t wait to make use of the jaw-dropping amenities (indoor heated rooftop pool when it’s 7° outside?!?) and call this place home while back in Cincy.Clean. Classy. Caring.Excellent value, and flexible lease terms for the project-based professional.Toe to tip—worth every penny.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Due to the renovations going on at the PNC tower over the last year, the construction noise was terrible waking me up at 5am-7am everyday during the week. I consistently complained about the construction workers having giant lights on that poured into my room straight to my bed, the manager consistently told me they would do something about it & they never did. I emailed them twice letting them know that i was moving out & never got a response. The only positive about this place is its in walking distance to locations downtown

This place is a SHAM! Don’t let the comments under the post about air bnb fool you or anything else saying spam…. You can go on there and find their rentals. I know people that have stayed there. I have personally lived there and the management is awful, especially JARED. There are much better apartments in Cincinnati or Covington at a little cheaper cost.

While the building is beautiful, DO NOT RENT AN AIRBNB HERE. "Seth" or whoever is listed as a host, is not a "real person" but rather a representative at a company called Arrivia who supposedly "manages" rentals. it didn't feel managed because my guest and I waited OVER AN HOUR to check into our room because we were not informed by anyone that my guest needed a background check in order to access the property. My guest was never sent any link to complete a background check. That's right, they physically did not let us into the unit and were made to wait with 4 other individuals trying to check in having the same issues for over an hour. The night we attempted to check in there was a new mother and her infant child who were denied entry to the room. Each other night when we were coming in and out of the building we saw others having the same exact issue. The building and host know about this problem but are doing nothing to fix it. Their customer support was beyond inconsiderate and unhelpful. be very careful renting from any of these companies, next time I'll just book a hotel and save myself the hassle.

Gina at concierge is an angel. The patience that woman has is unbelievable and she does so much for the residents.

? Just had the most disappointing stay at a so-called 'luxury' apartment. Talk about false advertising! The place looked fancy, but the reality was far from it. ? Don't let appearances fool you! #WorstLuxuryStay

For what you pay City club is a diamond crusted turd. I Have lived here over 1 year the amenities (hot tub, grill, outdoor fire place) work half the time we have hardwood floor in the hall way and living room area my floor still doesn't connect after 3 attempts, there are finishing nails sticking out of the floor from the poor efforts of repair. That floor is now raising because of the gaps... front desk staff is super friendly, parking staff is a joke $200 a month extra for valet service which sounds great. If you drive a stick plan to pay an additional $50 for a reserved spot or have your car stalled daily.Location 10/10
