Zero, if it were possible. There is a dog the store that has rushed me twice and bit me today. The staff watched the whole thing happen and did nothing, even denying that i was bitten in the first place. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs.

Purchased some equipment and supplies from them and also had them come out for a couple installations. DJ Josh and Rick are some great guys and were very helpful. Definitely recommend working with them.
