Management person eddy is so rude. She’s rude every single day. Every time we call and ask for requests she’s a total A-Hole about it. It is 10 pm my apartment is flooding with FEET of water. There is a 24 emergency maintenance number..of course I called and she answered. “Well oh well I can’t do anything about it tonight.” No sympathy, no suggestions. Nothing. So now I’m walking in water and my dogs are swimming in this water.

When everyone's hours were cut at the start of the pandemic, the ancient woman who runs their shop charged me $100 in late fees and then ADDED $50 monthly for a pet they had known about since a year ago. I begged this woman not to ask for more money during a depression and she literally smiled and said I signed the lease, I knew the rules. When I came back the following month to pay the fees, she then suddenly remembered that I should get the pet fee added on. I've never in my forty years been treated like less of a human being. I hope the life she is living is sufficient punishment for the person she has chosen to be.

These people don't have a clue what there doing ! If you rent from them you better save all receipts associated with them ! They managed a boat slip I owned and when I went to sell it they told the buyer I was 3 months behind and they was about to foreclose when all said the first of March I owed $10. And payment for March !!!!! But they are going to forclose because I owed Jan, feb, and March! Which I have receipts for! The guy almost backed out on me ! And the guy that told buyer that has failed to return my calls ! I guess they can't figure out how much I owe them! So be careful!!!!!!!!!

Do not rent from these guys they don't keep up with maintenance and rude . And if u got bugs ur gunna live with them bc they dont keep up.
