They went above and beyond. I was given the wrong key for my tires and was worried about the potential damage it could cause if they had to weld them off. They went around to other businesses in the area to borrow keys hoping one would fit. They were able to get 3 of the 4 off with the borrowed key and somehow got the 4th off without any damage to my tire. They kept me in the loop with everything they did before they did it so their were no surprises. I appreciate everything they did for me and how nice everyone was. AND... they had me out of there in no time at all.

Need an oil change and tire rotation. Stopped in at 3pm on Friday and told I'd have to make an appointment? It's 3 hours till closing and they aren't taking "walk-ins"?! I thought the point of the Quick Lane was to get basic services fast and without having to schedule an appointment.. apparently that's no longer the case.

First this company is also listed under KINGS Fast Lane. Read all reviews. This is second time I've been sucked in by bait and switch. The ad that comes up with google clearly says the works is $49.95 or less. There is no mention of it being only semi-synthetic not full synthetic. Only if you go to the kings web site do you find it's for semi. It's too bad the choose this deception because they DO have a good price for full synthetic with rotation. Sorry guys, I just cant reward deceptive advertising

Apparently this so-called "Quick Lane" is NO LONGER one, they are requiring appointments 2-3 days in advance for an oil change. Not bringing mine or my company's business here any longer.

Customer service is a 0/10. I have been using quicklane for 3 years now and have never had an issue with getting an oil change and always do a walk in for my oil change. Today I walked in on my lunch break at 1:15 pm to drop my car off. The gentleman at the desk advised me that they only take appointments, no walk ins and that I would have to call to schedule an appointment. So I leave, call the location to schedule an appointment and am told by another gentleman that I need to do that online....So I go online to try to find out where to schedule for my service and low and behold what do you know I find their oil change page that reads "no appointment needed." I'll be taking my business to valvoline...

Professional, polite, considerate, and you can watch them work on the cars from the waiting area. So cool.

Cheapest synthetic blend oil change that I have found. Quick in, quick out, did not try to sell me a bunch of extras. I will be back!

My experience at Quick Lane was a good one. Sarah Snow helped my find a great price on tires for my 2001 Audi, she even encouraged me to shop around and still managed to save me $60. While my car was there they replaced my front control arms, something I though only and Audi dealer could do, but the dealer wanted more than $1000 to do the work. Quick Lane took care of it for $750. I will be taking the rest of my family's vehicles here from now on. Even though they are located at a Ford dealer, they cleary have experience with many makes and models.
