Went in tonight to pick up an online order and unfortunately had to bring my three children. I originally was not going to try anything on, but the lady told me I should because the style of pants notoriously ran long. Between the two sales associates working, one watched my kids as they sat in the chairs outside the dressing room (one was in room with me) as if they were going to steal or break something (they are 12 and 4). When I took the pants up to the register, my youngest picked up a cuff bracelet to show me and I asked her to put it back. The other lady working the counter then stopped what she was doing, turned to my kids, wagged a finger and said “you’re not allowed to touch”. I immediately put my purchases back and walked out. I’m very well aware this store is made for women much older than me, but it’s hard to imagine the little old ladies who work here don’t remember what it’s like to have curious toddlers. I cried in the parking lot and the whole way home. Never again.

I walked in looking for a cardigan for my trip that I’m going on, the lady (black hair with a bob cut) in there was nice at first but then when I told her what I was looking for it was immediately that they wouldn’t have my size and pretty much rushing me and my fiancé out the door. Really rude if you ask me!

It's all about family with this welcoming group of Chico's employees and customers. Warmth, friendliness, efficiency, and fun loving are but a few of the attributes of these women. Courtesy and respect, as well as customer attentiveness when wanted, are paramount. Many varities of well organized clothing and accessories are available as well as petite sizes. Shopping at this Anderson Chico's is a fun, entertaining experience.
