I thought I had written this review but obviously it’s not hereAnyway, this review is for the Anderson location off BeechmontRatings:Customer service: outstanding!!!Facility: everything you’d expect or needModernization: up to date in all banking areas; including having safe deposit boxes availableATM: although no ATMs are bank managed (outsourced like Wells Fargo, etc) this location has two and always in service when I’m thereMobile Banking and App: probably one of the most up to date, user friendly, banking apps I have ever usedOverall: unquestionably a 5-star ratingAs a FORMER “many, many years” Fifth Third Bank customer I can assure you Chase banking is like night and day compared to Fifth Third Bank! Fifth Third Bank is way behind in technology!!! Way behind!!!In fact my debit card information was stolen twice in two years and I went thought defense versus a customer that was wronged!!! You can NOT even lock you debit card to prevent fraudWith Chase Bank you can do that and lots more.I was always hesitant about big banks but this location proved me wrong; every visit or areas I have need assistance I have always been helped with outstanding customer service!Thank you Chase and the great people at this location!!!

About a year ago I always went to this Bank... Unfortunately I had 2 bad experiences , the first one I was in line at the chase bank on Beechmont Avenue, when I approached the teller to get waited on instead of waiting on me a guy behind gets waited on before me and I thought that was very Rude ... so I left ..but I went back a few weeks later and I only wanted to talk to someone about a banking matter my checking account and when I asked for Banking person I got Kathy the bank manager .. and I explained my issue with her and she said I will get a banking employee to help .. When I went in to speak with this man , I forget his name,I was explaining the matter with him and next door sat Kathy rolling her eyes at me and making fun of me .. this was so Rude and so unprofessional .. I told the man helping me but he was no help .. so I politely got up and left and looked at that Kathy and .. I told her she was a very rude , nasty person ..told her I would never be back at this branch and never do business at this branch again..She actually followed me to my car but I told her to leave me alone and I was reporting her to corporate Chase .. which I did .. Nasty , Rude people at this Bank .. I now bank at another branch which is closer to me ...

Signed up for a checking account today with Lynsay Arlinghaus. She was super friendly and helpful and answered all questions I had. I had my young son with me while signing up and she was very patient and friendly with him. She definitely made the experience a lot less stressful.

Went for a scheduled appointment only to travel there and read a sign “CLOSED”. Not a single courtesy notification when they send a ton of them “automatically” upon scheduling. Not so professional.

Everyone is mostly nice and friendly at this branch but today i had the worst customer service experience with Daylane. He was clear rude , very unprofessional and definitely had some attitude issue. I went there to exchange some cash for bigger bills. At first this guy didn't greet or anything so, i just went to his window since the other employee was busy and he was just standing there free. He repeatedly said what? everytime. I had to say it three times before he finally understood why i was there. i was told that he need to see my id even though i had my debit with me and i was still totally ok with this. when i told him that i'll go get my id from my car which was parked in the parking area of bank he raised his eyebrows and rolled his eyes on me and clearly pointed out at other employee and said she's gonna have to help you like he was too busy to help. I was shocked instead of saying sorry i can't help you with this but let me get someone who can or please wait for her. I was given no explanation and no apology and it wasn't like they were busy or anything the whole time i waited for other employee he didn't return to the drive thru, didn 't ask other employee to help me he just stood there at starred...I mean what kind of attitude is this ?? i hope the manager read this and have Daylane take some extra classes on professionalism and customer service before they put him at front to deal with customers because i would not hire this guy as a cashier at doller store with this attitude .

Horrible. I applied for home loan 4 weeks ago. Attempted to contact Loan officer 5 times with no response. They don't seem to care at all. Again... horrible.
