I received excellent service. I didn't have time to book an appointment, so I showed up at the branch, and they were very accommodating. They helped me with everything I needed to address, and Karen, the lady who works there, was extremely nice.

We wanted to open a new account. We came at 4:00 and they close at 5:00. But they said we needed to set an appointment just to do it. They said we couldn’t open a new account without an appointment.

Get ready to bust a tire going thru the ATM drive thru. Also, if you fill out a deposit slip and give them more than you intend to deposit they still deposit ALL of it and you will not get your change. It was explained to me that this is their policy... Yet there is a deposit slip with the amount you write in to deposit so....? I guess you can think on that as you get your tire and rim replaced after driving thru their cockeyed atm lane.

Just moved to Cincy and showed up at the branch, not knowing it was closed during Covid. Matt answered the door and was extremely helpful with my issue, despite the circumstances. He provided solutions and really showed dedication to assisting me, when other branches wouldn't. Matt even called the next day to follow up! I have never experienced such exemplary service, and certainly not from a bank. Definitely returning in the future if I need anything, even if it's a little further from home!

Opened my account with Chase Bank, and so glad I did. Friendly staff and the account officer assigned to my account, Caleb, guided me through details patiently and with clarity. Highly recommend!

I called in bc I needed details to some old transactions from 3 years ago I couldnt access myself online. Caleb and Matt were very helpful. I emailed the transactions I was needing the detail on and they called me a few hours later saying it was ready for me when. When I came in Matt had compiled more than I expected with the detail, going above and beyond. Thanks!
