We have used this local branch for business banking for years. I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and they give a lot of love to my dog through the drive thru as well.
Krista goes above and beyond anytime larger issues arise.

i needed a avg balance statement of my checking account so i called the branch, i told my requirement and importance from USCIS point of view, also i have a fractured foot so cannot go to the branch, instead of hearing me full the lady insisted on coming to the branch , i asked her to hear me out and shut up , see was citing some security issue, i said you take all my details and how does Avg balance cause any security issue ??? she disconnected the phone , what a lousy service.

So avoid this place if you need to use their ATM. First time I come by and it doesn't give out cash. Here I thought that was the main purpose. Move forward several weeks and I think oh they have to have it fixed by now. Yeah they have a guy repairing I guess. The reason I say I guess is because he takes parts out. Looks at them spins it around puts it back. Shakes head take same part back out. Spins it and puts back. So yeah. I'd say it's time for a new one if the repair guy is even at a loss for the ancient tech you got.In side looks nice from the outside lol.
