They never answer the phone. I’ve called multiple times and one lady picked up the phone talking and immediately hung up. They said that they would call me back and help with my credit card application but never called back. I don’t even know if he actually took my information down.

Looking for a new bank. They close randomly. Nobody ever answers any location phone and no locations are close to each other and so far no locations have a notary. Ridiculous

I went to this branch last Thursday to have my online access restored after my account was compromised. I was told after the meeting that I should be able to access my account the next day at the very latest. It is now Wednesday of the following week, and I still have no online access. I have left multiple messages with this branch, yet no one will return my call. I have tried many times to call the branch, and they never answer the phone. This is unacceptable. As soon as I can, I am closing my account with Chase.A week later and my account is still inaccessible. Chase has no idea when it will be fixed. Thanks, Chase! How much money have you made off me with your fractional reserve lending? Crooks!

I am not even a Chase customer but had called to ask about cashier's checks. After calling several banks in the area, I spoke to I believe Mike or Michael who listened to my situation and presented several options. He went above and beyond to help me get what I needed especially since my request was time sensitive. He even called a car dealership to verify downpayment method information I had been told was correct while I waited. I would absolutely consider banking here based on his customer service alone.

I called for a transaction on my business account. I was transfered to someone I can't understand. So I said I would call back to talk to someone I could understand. So I called back and the teller told me I couldn't leave a voice-mail for a business banker. Then she said I was rude and all I said was I wasn't being transfered to someone I can't understand because they don't speak very good English. She said that was her job to transfer me there. I really have like chase up until today with her being rude and I don't appreciate it. I tried to find where I could send a message to the bank itself and it won't let except about specific things..

I love banking at Chase but Im so tired of needing the ATM after hours and the inside ATM and the outside ATM are NEVER working at this location.

The teller that tried to help me was rude and unhelpful. Going to switch accounts to ANY bank not chase.
