This location only offers ATM, mobile banking support and account set up/maintenance. It does not offer all traditional banking services. Unfortunately there is no clear sign until you walk in, I wasted money getting an uber there just to have to uber to a whole other bank.

This is a cashless branch. Highly inconvenient when need to deposit cash and don’t have a debit card - issue further amplified when depositing into a business account and don’t have a debit card readily available

Chase Bank continues to have issues with training of staff. Could not process a cashier's check. Debit card was declined today, and I have no idea why. Staff was sitting around, ignoring me so I went to another institution to cash a check. Branch does not have cash. Would not recomment this branch.

Staff was incredibly helpful in rectifying one of my deposits that was rejected on my phone app and at the ATM when nothing changed from previous deposits. When I tried to call the help line, I got hung up on twice. This was my last lifeline for money that I was owed and needed, and staff helped me get everything sorted during a busy day. Very grateful. There’s still no substitute for in-person service.

Doesnt offer normal banking services, whats the point of the bank branch being there if i cant do simple things of cashing checks? Would not recommend the branch for any means.

Very confused when i walked into this bank, because it’s not a bank.The 2 guys in the front, dressed in matching sweaters, informed me that they’re a “digital branch”.I don’t think that means what they think that means.I had to start my search for quarters all over again.

Not a bank. Advising center. Which basically is them "advising" you to go to a different location.They don't carry cash or change so I feel sorry for whoever tries to rob this place.

This is literally my first time actually having an issue. And when I tell you that Stacey and Fran. Are amazing I mean I cannot type enough nice words and I’m not really sure if my issue can be fixed you know computers have a mind of their own however they still went above and beyond I really hope someone from Corp monitors this because customer service has never been exemplified more and this is coming from a person who may not have a resolution but it’s all systematic so I get it and just based off of them actually caring actually helping has turned a horrible start to my day completely around. Thank you so much to whoever hired these phenomenal women.

BEWARE this location won't be able to do cash deposits for work without a company card. Hopefully chase makes some changes again because there is no way to filter these locations out of maps searches and can very quickly get someone in trouble if they have to make a deposit in a timely manner.
