I do all my banking here!
The staff at the Mt Lookout branch go above and beyond and strive to build lasting relationships with their clients when given the opportunity.
They always try to provide solutions and look for ways to help their clients. This branch is nothing if not consistent in following policies set in place for them to continue to set a standard in excellent customer service.
In this type of industry you’re only remembered if you decide to have an excellent relationship with the staff, or you are consistently “that one client who’s never happy.” Luckily I’m always happy!

Tellers don't know how to process a minor withdrawal, giving incorrect change. I had an appt with Stephen one Saturday at 10 a.m. He ran behind, so at 10:25 a.m. I left. Jonathon doesn't know how to process a bill pay account. The only person who knows what they are doing is the branch manager Jenny Daugherty. Would not recommend this branch.

Rude staff, not helpful at all. Feels as if Chase is no longer teaching their bankers customer service. Went to cash a check but could not give me any money besides pulling from my checking account. Chase deposits are so slow too. Deposited check with Schawb and access to all of the funds within an hour. I cant understand why chase does offer the same level of service. Definitely going to be avoiding doing business with the bank in future.

Customer service is poor. I am a private banking customer and keep getting bounced around from representative to representative. Chase/ JPMorgan also manages some of my assets. No continuity of care. Account managers have never even met me. Impossible to get an appointment to get something notarized for anyone who actually has a job.

This has to be one of the worst banks I’ve ever been to. The customer service is SO slow. Even the simplest things, such as making a deposit, can take up to 15 minutes.

Extraordinary staff! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've been stretching out my last paycheck (which was in 2022 and it's now the last week in January) since I'm currently a substitute teacher and don't get paid for Christmas break. I earned myself a good ole overdraft fee due to my circumstances but they were very professional in helping me out. Thank you guys!!!

Just went today and had a pleasant interaction with a Teller named Heather. She was extremely personable and helpful! While the parking lot is a bit awkward in the area from my use of it everything has been fine granted I don't go to the bank at night. So for those mentioning issues at night with neighboring bars I sympathize. Based on my experience it was certainly a 5/5 no issues!

Cancelled my debit card for suspicious activity and said they would issue another one, two weeks later I called Chase's 1-800 number to find out about it and this branch didn't even order a new card. Very inconvenient, I'm very disappointed. And still waiting

Always extremely accommodating with my business and very kind workers! Olivia is very kind and always willing to help out! My favorite branch and it's not even the closest branch to my house so I go out of my way to stop in! Great place, great people!

I am terrified to use this bank anymore. The locals sit in the parking lot drinking at night. Multiple fights and wrecks in the lot. The bar nextdoor allows their employees to use this bank lot however they want.
