My critique does not have to do with this particular bank, but rather with the automated phone system. It seems to be impossible to speak with an actual representative. I'm very frustrated with Chase.

Very polite. Whole employees are very friendly and very fast in response to our queries. They also provide snacks and drinking water. I can see 2-3 ATM’s in the Bank Itself. The Branch manager is very down to earth. Sometimes we need appointments for opening new bank account. Mostly during the university opening time. Everything fine in this bank. Please do contact about the offers while opening bank account.

Looking for a new bank. They close randomly. Nobody ever answers any location phone and no locations are close to each other and so far no locations have a notary. Ridiculous

I drove to JP Chase to inquire about arbitrary charges. I didn't have a proper ID ;however I did have my debit card. It was a vital necessity to receive help with my account. My car broke down and I had to transfer funds to pay for AAA membership. As a result I am under water now with my account. I suggest the manager speak to the staff to work with loyal JP Morgan chase customers like me. The Chase bank in Lake Oswego (Dan) and uptown Portland (Haley) are far more attentive to my needs. I forgot the students were moving in this week and ended up running 15 minutes behind for my appointment here due to traffic— only to walk into a lobby PACKED with customers. All of the employees were helping large groups of people at a time in a very efficient and friendly manner. Jessica was able to fit me in with the branch manager Justin when one of his appointments wrapped up sooner than expected and I really appreciate it! Two very nice people! Thanks again!

Chase Representative: I don't care if you drive 30 minutes to this location to open up a stupid checking account. Just come back tomorrow, there's plenty of time to do that tomorrow. You got to leave, we close in 15minutes. I got to hurry and go home, I been here way too long. 5 Star Chase Customer Service Rating !!! You can not do any better than this. Keep up the good work Chase (Chase your customers away)

Jessica is terrible employee to work for the bank. stay away as far away as possible from this bank. I am a account owner and I tried to deposit cash in my account and they refused to let me deposit money with my bank card. they said to bring drivers license, passport etc. I am sure you can deposit cash from the atm however since the cash was a bit much I chose to go Inside. she was rude and very short and not to mention, of no help. ridiculous
