I booked 2 months in advance for 2 charters. I got a call a little less than a 45 minutes before the party saying the actors were sick and wouldn't make it. She said they called her at 3am and told her but I wasn't told until 45 min before my party I was not happy at all. Left with no party entertainment at all and no time to replace them. Then was told they would send me 2 free characters to anothet event and when I've emailed to ask about it they never reply.

Terrible experience do not waste your money I booked Minnie Mouse a month a head of time for my daughter first birthday party she Rebecca called the night before the party informed me that there was no actors she didn’t give me any heads up has no return my deposit and saying that it’s the banks fault she did not communicate well and Iam so disappointed do not book

The Ariel who came to my daughter’s birthday was absolutely amazing!! Not only did she look the part, she was so sweet to all of the little girls, and her singing voice was beautiful! She took time to talk to each of the little girls at the party, and made sure the birthday girl got special attention. She did face painting for 15 little girls, sang a song, read a story, did a dance party, took pictures and sang Happy Birthday with us! She even brought s cute little gift for my daughter and all of the little girls. It was really special when she crowned my daughter a princess. It was a special day, not only for my daughter but for all in attendance! Caroline West did an outstanding job and I will be recommending her and your company to all of my friends and family! Thank you again for such a special day!

Hired Characters-IO for my daughter's fifth birthday party. Was contacted the day of and told one of the performers was sick, so they could only send one. Was also asked to adjust the time that we had her booked. It was a bit frustrating when trying to coordinate the new time, but everything worked out great. Rapunzel (Keira) was absolutely fantastic! The girls loved her! She was friendly, engaging, and had a great energy! Only giving four stars instead of five, because of the timing issue/performer being sick and no back-up available. I would absolutely hire this company again, but I do think they should have back-ups available in the event of illness. Everyone was so nice during the entire process!

We booked Characters.io-Cincinnati for a recent birthday for my niece. She has an end of December birthday, and we wanted her to feel the extra love. She turned 6, and it seemed the perfect time to throw it in. We decided an intimate tea party (Mom, Grandma, Aunt, B-Day Girl + Princess) was perfect, which was out of the "wheel house" of a typical party, and our Rapunzel ran with it. We were at a local bakery, so again not a typical space, and we couldn't have had a better experience. She was perfect for everyone involved, and even the spectators enjoyed the show! Thanks for making the memories happen!

Anna was fantastic! Interacted with the kids wonderfully with games, face painting and singing. And made sure to accommodate any requests we had to make our daughter's party really special.

Elsa and Anna were wonderful. We hosted a picnic with about 25 children. They sang, read, taught how to properly curtsy, and face painted. The kids loved it. Thank you Elsa and Anna!

I tried booking The little mermaid for my daughter’s birthday. I booked online and received an email stating that someone would contact me within 24 hours to confirm my booking. Nobody ever contacted me. I took it upon myself to call (MULTIPLE TIMES on different days) no answer nor response.I am beyond disappointed & will never TRY and book anything with them again. Very unprofessional.

We had Elsa & Anna attend our twin 3 year old birthday party and they were incredible. They were professional, great quality, and a blast for the kids. It's been a week and we are still hearing from parents how much fun their kids had because of them. It was worth every penny and we will definitely use again.

We had Belle (Callie) for my daughter's 3rd birthday party. Belle was sweet, thoughtful and sang beautifully. She made my daughter's day so very special. I highly recommend working with Ellie and her amazingly talented team.

Wonder Woman far exceeded our expectations! She intentionally connected with all of the children and was so incredibly patient and flexible. We will most definitely be using this service again, I just can’t say enough good things about our experience!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Princess Party Productions! We had Moana (Rachel) come for my daughter‘s 5th birthday this weekend and she was absolutely incredible! She made my daughters day and my daughter cannot stop talking about her. Moana was completely engaged with the children, she never made the kids feel rushed and took her time to make sure each child got attention from her if they wanted! She was able to get a group of preschool and kindergartners to sit for 10 minutes listening to a story which was amazing! The sing-along was wonderful and Moana’s voice was incredible. Ellie was wonderful to work with, she was very responsive to questions and prompt in sending information out to me. You can definitely tell she cares about making each experience the best it can be by hiring only the best of the best to play the characters! My daughter is already talking about her next birthday and which character she wants to come! Thank you Princess Party Productions for making my daughter’s birthday party the best !
