come here pretty regularly with a friend and absolutely love it. good vibes and staff is super nice. recommend trying the racquetball courts, even if you don't know how to play. it's still a ton of fun :)

It was okay the lady at the front desk tried ignoring me until I yelled can I get some help I don't believe I'll return rude didn't want to answer my questions I will work out on my own before I come back my 1st and last time there

Have to agree. The most unfriendly gym, ever. Never been to a fitness center like this. Like a morgue. Plus, not a lot of workout equipment, with people staying seated to play with their phones for extended periods, holding up those who want to exercise. One female, for example, stayed seated for at least 15 minutes without doing a single exercise. Never going back.

Nice, clean and pleasant atmosphere. Great place to workout, swim, training classes, sauna, steam room. One of the cleanest YMCAs I've been to.

The night front desk workers keep locking the front door *significantly* before the actual closing time. Like they close at 8:30 pm during the week, and the door is often already locked at 8 pm!This facility already has *extremely limited* hours in the evening and night. It's a real PITA to show up for your workout during business hours and find the door locked, and then *see* the night front desk worker just sit there ignoring you trying to get again, because someone wants to get off work early or whatever.Please keep the hours that you advertise and stop locking the door before you're actually closed! This is very maddening as a paying member to not be able to use the membership during normal hours just because some front desk worker is cutting corners trying to get off early! Management please address this recurring problem!

Why are you locking the front door *a half hour* before closing time???This is so obnoxious. If your hours are "till 8:30 pm", don't lock the door at 8!!!This is a very unhappy member not about to use the membership they pay for because you're not upholding your posted hours because some night worker wants to get out early. Very frustrating that this *keeps happening* at the Central Parkway location. What am I paying for if I can't use it???

A clean, spacious, and well equipped gym with very friendly and helpful staff! Mouhammed gave be great tour of the facilities to get me started. The pool is lovely and the views and large windows are such a plus!

What does YMCA stand for? I don't know! Not Men's Christian Association. My daughter goes to a high school nearby and plays basketball and after school would go to this facility and practice for basketball and workout (conditioning for the season) I have so much to to complain about this place but I will only state the unfairness, rudeness, and inconvenience they mainly one person has caused. 'The Russian Lady' as my daughter would say, kicked them, my daughter and her friend out of the gym because they aren't 16, ok fine, and now they are no longer accepted to go there if they are not accompanied by an adult.... Really!? You guys are adults? And these girls are high scholar students at one of the best schools in the nation. How can we try to promote a positive active lifestyle for our kids when we are always jumping through hoops just to live simple? Anyways i work third shift slining boxes all night and driving for food delivery so a lot of sleep is not present, but when my daughter was able to go to the Y and do her home work and practice bball after school I was able to get a couple more hours of sleep then pick her up from there! Not now, thanks a lot this is not the end of it! I will be reaching out to who ever and whatever outlet to expose how unethical this place us.

I 10/10 would recommend checking out the downtown YMCAIt's a great gym, with every peice of equipment you might need. It has a friendly, approachable, neighborhood vibe - always clean, the staff is friendly, and the people who go are diverse in all the ways! Oh, and on-street parking is free before 8am!
