I only chose one star as it won't let me add a rating if I don't. This is a follow up to above comment from my husband.
I've added photos from the wall that is collapsing on one storage unit and the ceiling collapse and subsequent damage from the ceiling collapse and water damage in another unit.
We also had a generator stolen from our camper due to no security.
Definitely do NOT use this place.
Last added photo is back bumper of car after rubbing compound was used to remove water and rust damage. As you can see, it has eaten through the chrome.

Very very very raggedy. They are liars. The staff is rude. The place is falling apart. Over charges. Don't use this place.

One star is too generous. This place has virtually zero security. It's a health hazard as the roof leaks and drywall ceiling has fallen. No response to reporting maintenance issues. Owners are hard to reach and ignore complaints about wall caving in and roof collapsing. Property is poorly maintained. They should be closed down.

Ferguson Moving relocated my father yesterday and did a fantastic job. Steve, Brendan, Mark, and Rodney all were courteous, professional, and efficient. I understand they have been doing this for several years and their experience showed. They were on time, they listened to our concerns about the antiques not being the easiest to move, and then they went to work. They had the challenge of unloading the truck with impending storms, but finished just in time. All of the castors were place back on the antiques, and all beds were quickly rebuild. Nothing was damaged or marred in any way. I was impressed with how clean the truck was - even saw Steve spraying down the trailer where dirt had gotten in. I liked that the owner, Wayne Carlton came to the house to see exactly what we had to move. Definately call them if you care about the furniture you are moving.

I could not recommend Ferguson more. We have moved nine times over many years. Ferguson was by far the best of any mover we have used in the past. It was complicated because we moved from a large home into a small one with lots of stuff going in to temporary storage. Wayne gave many valuable suggestions on how get ready, make it easy on ourselves, and save money on the move that really paid off. The six guys that moved us had worked together at Ferguson for at least ten years. They were as well choreographed as any pro sports team, moving us fast and efficiently with zero damage. They were exceedingly kind and helpful with us, to boot.

We recently had Ferguson's move us from Weest Chester to Mt Lookout and they did a great job. We were looking for a one day move and Wayne and his team made it happen. The guys, Steve, Roy, James, Brandon, PeeWee and John, were great to very friendly and professional. They finished an hour early saving us which we gladly gave to the team as a big "Thank You." We highly recommend Ferguson's for your next move!

I've moved several times in the last few years and my experience with Ferguson Moving has by far been the best. Very fortunate to have had Steve, John and Brandon as our movers. They were all friendly, helpful and professional. They took care to make sure that the wood floors in our new home were protected and that nothing else was damaged. Really great guys and cost was lower than other companies I had researched. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ferguson went above and beyond to make my moving day as stress free as possible!!! My team ( 4 men) moved me out in lightning fast speed ... and I have A LOT of stuff!!! ( let's just say Marie Kondo needs to pay me a visit! Lol ). Best of all are the wardrobe boxes they provide as part of their service! So they pack and unpack your closets for you! ... Uh! Yes Please! I don't give a lot of reviews, but these guys deserves ALL 5 stars! Will definitely be using them for any future moves!

We had a great experience with Ferguson Moving. The had good humor and were friendly, but also efficient and understanding. There were some difficult to move items that were handled with care and a 15 boxes of books that we wanted moved to a third floor bedroom that all made it there. Thanks to Ferguson our moving day was far less stressful than I could've ever imagined - - - and fun too!

There are so many wonderful things to say about Wayne and Ferguson Moving. First I will say if we or any friends/family need movers, Ferguson will be the only one I suggest. Wayne came over and took inventory of our house. He's has it down to an exact science how many movers and how many trucks it will take to make the move go well. In addition to our house, we had a storage unit we wanted him to unpack and move as well. No problem he said. After packing up the house, we all swung by the storage unit and packed that up too. During the emptying of our house and the reloading of the new house, his team put down cardboard over the hardwood floors to protect them. They wrapped the bannisters. They wrapped up anything fragile. Anytime we asked "can you take this?" every time their answer way "absolutely". And if we wanted to move a box from one room to another , they just told us to point and they'd move it. Not one single item broke during the process. We bought them some lunch and they were very appreciative. To top it all off, they even said if we wanted to donate our boxes, Wayne likes to use them for folks who might not be able to afford them. I appreciate the opportunity to pay it forward. When he gave us a quote he said it would not be any more than his quote but that it might be less. And indeed it was, they finished early and he took it off the total. An amazing team of workers. Many of the movers told me that their team has been together for 10 years. Some even longer. They said Wayne is great to work for and he respects his workers.

Becky runs a highly professional business. She sent a team to move us from one side of town to the other. The execution was quick, and efficient. They came in, packed everything up and were gone in a flash. I showed up to the new place, let them in, and they set everything up, and were gone. Wit hall of their wonderful help, we felt as if we were at home the moment we moved in.
