This store is really nice and clean they got a new manager and they took good care of me, Tony,Tee&Tella and another employee that was off work came in and was helping out everybody was lighthearted funny atmosphere was very comfortable everybody was so helpful and got me the best deal I could get did me real good thank you C.A.P(No Cap??)

A business sure, but the people make it easy to handle buying, selling or pawning what you need. They're kind, willing to hear you out and all around great people. I love handling my needs with them.

This place took a pawn for me when i ran out of gas and didn't have a dime to my name. Beats panhandling. Thanks to the manager. All i needed was a few dollars for gas and pawned a ring i had that wasn't worth anything yet he still pawned it for me.The service i got that day was great so to the people bad mouthing this placeGO SOME WHERE ELSE. I'LL BE GOING BACK IF NEEDED

Bad customer service i put a tv in layaway when i came back to get it they sold my remote and tried to give me a cheap walmart brand then the manager told he ordered a new one and he will call me when it arrives two weeks had passed when i came back for my remote he was still giving me the run around saying it cost $200 they are the worst pawn shop in Cincinnati i recommend going to another pawnshop because cash america pawn are straight LIARS!!!!

They're a pawnshop!!! What more do people expect from there?? Bring in a item and sale or pawn it. It's not a restaurant.
